Captivate 5.5 endless loading screen
Someone knows it which would cause the loading of constantly run screen and does not start a Captivate 5.5 module. This is unusual because the first couple times the module downloads and plays fine, then after a few viewings this problem of endless loading screen appears.
It is a known problem with some LMS and CV of Captivate bookmarking database.
Go to the LMS customization settings and check the box to never send the CV database. It corrects generally, but it also means that you cannot use LMS bookmarking.

Hey everyone, I need help.
Whenever I try to load Adobe CC, all I get is a loading screen, and it won't give me the possibility to quit smoking.
I tried the process of closing and restarting, I tried to uninstall and reinstall, I tried to remove the "OOBE" (or whatever it was called) the contents of the folder.
I even tried clean install of Windows, three times. It worked once, but only for the first commissioning, then he returned to the endless loading screen.
I don't know what to do here because I can't access anything on this workstation.
Please help me
I should also mention, before anyone asks, that it is not a question of power of the computer - it is a very powerful machine, this isn't a problem with the low hardware.
Hi Jarbcd,
As you have tried all basic troubleshooting steps, I recommend following these steps shared in the help document and check: Advanced solutions to errors in connection with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications.
Before the resolution of the problem, please reboot your machine.
Let us know if that helps.

Adobe Captivate 5 do not open - loading screen freezes
Hello - I just installed eLearning Suite 2 and cannot open Adobe Captivate on a Windows 7 computer. ELearning Suite 2 programs start and run, but Captivate freezes on the "Loading" screen... "when opening and don't go any further.
I've used the Captivate 4 without error. I respect the requirements and have a lot of free disk space.
I have tried as admin, restarting my machine, disconnect from my network to start work and clear the user's preferences. None of these permits.
Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
I just got the phone with the help of Adobe for a similar problem. Apparently, I had recently installed some incompatible fonts so Captivate was stalled at the stage of start-up "load fonts". I uninstalled all recent fonts and now it starts very well. I'll have to reinstall then one at a time to find out who he was, but at least now I can back to work!

9 e - learning stuck in grey, Captivate loading screen
I created several e-learning that are run in the LMS Crossknowledge platform. It was everything works fine. Until I made a few small changes simple content (text and images) landslides and the question slides (changed the text). When I try to open e-learning, the loading screen hangs or stops running.
When I open e-learning SCORM cloud is just works very well. That's how the log file looks like:

Someone who has a solution for this?
Greetings.
@Cromm if it works fine on SCORM cloud, the cause of your problems must be linked with the LMS with Captivate. What is the % of the preload value? What happens if you lower this percentage?

Adobe Captivate 5 is frozen on the loading screen
Hello
I recently discovered a problem with Captivate 5, which I'm running on Windows 7 (64-bit). When I run the software both normally or as an administrator, Captivate 5 reached the 'splash' loading screen and then hangs at this point do not allow me in the software.
This has not happened before and I tried the usual uninstall and reinstall but same problem continues to surface. I recently delete some of my "App Data" on my C drive by means of: C > users > xxxxxx > AppData > Roaming > Adobe > but it was in the folder Adobe Premiere so obviously this should not have any impact in the installation of Captivate and other that that I did not anything out of the ordinary and I see not what could be the cause of the problem.
Any tips or ideas?
Problem solved - http://forums.adobe.com/message/3681413#3681413 - some fonts were in conflict with the process of loading fonts Captivate on screen loading and removing recently installed 'fonts"the fonts in my file using Font Frenzy , this helped Captivate work normally.

Endless loading at startup screen
I tried to restore my Inspiron 518, the power supply was faulty, so I replaced it and it is able to raise, but when I start it, it gives me a blue screen. I tried a factory image restore, but it froze half way through, and now when I select Repair in the f8 boot menu, I get the loading screen you normally see when the system boots, but it never ends. I had the computer work since I replaced the power supply, but I suspect that the computer has a virus, I'm running Vista and I'm on a Dell Inspiron 518
Hello
Using Dell recovery process must put back to factory (new State).
Using the Dell recovery Partition;
Using the Dell recovery disk:
If it isn't, you will have to see what else is wrong with it.
Use Dell F12 Software diagnostics:
"How to run Dell 32-bit Diagnostics utility"

See you soon.

Captivate 8 suddenly stopped loading
So, I had been using captivate for a few weeks, then took a break for about 2 weeks. I came back to find that Captivate now does not load, NEVER. I'm on a PC running windows 7, with Captivate 8 (64-bit) and Adobe CC. The start of the intro screen (green with extrudes it squares) appears and says "Loading"... "but he's going to stay there indefinitely.
When I check the Task Manager to see if it is frozen, it does not appear in the list of applications. Under process it shows AdobeCaptivate.exe using 08 CPU and 258 728 K of memory, with AdobeCaptivateWS.exe * 32 if you use 00 4 204 K of memory and CPU.
We tried to remove preferences, uninstall reinstall (several times) and can never get the software to load. It is the only software Act up, and nothing physically happened to PC Tower, so we are at a loss.
Someone out there has suggestions on how to get this working again, or has faced similar problems?
Thank you
Rob
Hello
You can try to take backup of the fonts installed on your computer by copying all the fonts and save to your desktop in a folder.
Once you take the backup, then try to remove the fonts that you can from its original location in the C drive and restart 8 Captivate and see if that makes a difference.
Kind regards
Ajit

Perpetual "Loading" screen... »
Hello
I am a new user of Captivate 6 on a Mac under OS 10.7.5. I created 5 projects in Captivate that I am a link using aggregator. Each project is between 30-65 blades long, many question and little audio slides.
Three of these projects load and run fine when published under the title of .swf or. app. Two of them stuck with a first gray slide and a box of 'loading... '. ». This happens when I try to get an overview of the projects in a browser, and also when I opened the files published (as .app or .swf). I've tried other solutions such as the compression settings check - that has not solved the problem.
I'm not planning to download it to an LMS - I'm to report results of quizzes to acrobat.com and works.
Thanks for any help or information you can provide!
The cargo box that you see here is not the Captivate preloader. This is the loading screen that appears when a project is trying to communicate with an LMS System.
You happen to have lit Quiz Reporting options? If so, disable the reporting and the loading screen should disappear.

Thank you
Adriana

Loading screen does not accept animated GIFs?
Hello world.
My captivate 3 projects use the loading of the company logo.
The problem: the company logo is animated, and the Captivate 3 loading screen does not seem to allow for an animated loading screen. A static image of the company logo is displayed instead. This tends to give the impression that a project of loading froze and it aggrivates customers. Does anyone know how to display the logo of aniamted together?
Hello
Try this if it can help you by adding the Logo of your company.
Open a small project (100 PX by 100 PX) and follow the Insert > Animation.
Select the Animated Logo company. The Animation is added on stage.
For best results you can run a loop of animation (Animation properties, tab Options-animation select loop) - this step is optional
Edit > Preferences > start and end - uncheck the "loading screen".
Also follow project > skin and uncheck the 'Playback control' and 'borders '.
Publish the project to Flash (swf). A little Swf of your Logo is now available.
In your project, under the loading screen options, select the Swf file created. Now, the loading screen can play Logo of your company.

Satellite T130 - stuck on the loading screen - new hard drive required
After a message on the screen saying back up your hard drive, it will fail quickly and pressing F1 it seems so stuck on the loading screen. I'm not too good with computers. I just have to buy a new hard drive to get the laptop working again, or is much more complicated than that. My guess is this one.
Thanks in advance for any help provided
The first question is: did you create recovery media (USB key)?
If do not do this if for a long time your HARD drive works OK. original recovery image is saved on the HARD drive, but you must have it USB backup that you can use to install if the disk needs to be replaced.
Do it as soon as possible. More info on what you can read in s operating manuals. What to do with the HARD drive? In my opinion if long as it works it has no reason to panic. Use your laptop as usual. If you notice some performance or more error messages problems I think that you should replace it.
Replacing the HARD drive doesn't have to be so problematic. HARD drive cover must be placed in the lower corner of your laptop. The smallest is RAM and cotyledon should be for the HARD drive. Check it out.
Before do you that this is remove the battery and unplug your computer laptop AC adapter / CC.
If you have no experience with such things please don't made some risky step. You can damage something.

Satellite Pro U400 freezes when toshiba load screen appears
Please can someone help me!
When I turn on my U400 it gets to the loading screen toshiba, but then everything freezes and used further.
I tried f2, f8 and f12 but also simply freeze and goes no further. The hard drive light flashes at the start but then stop!
The battery and the power cable are fine and so is the cd drive such that all continue to work. Can a little help if you please?
I'm a beginner and this is my first laptop! Please PLEASE help me.
Hello
It seems that the laptop can not pass the Toshiba start screen properly
What does that mean?
Well, it means that an error has been detected during POST (power on self test).
It could be everything. Memory faulty RAM, motherboard part etc.
It is difficult to provide an accurate answer to this question, it would be necessary to check these parts first.Since you are a beginner, I recommend you contact a Toshiba (certified partner) ASP in your country guys may run diagnostic tests to discover the problem.

Satellite M60-164 - BSOD during the windows loading screen
On startup, I get the blue screen of death during the windows loading screen.
I don't have a recovery cd, only a cd of OS (windows xp SP1a), which shows the option to repair but prompts then insert the recovery cd, how and where can I get one of these!
No matter what help get a restore for Toshiba Satellite M60-164 Pro cd would be much appreciated!
I think I know why you get a BSOD.
You said that you have installed the Win XP SP1a.You must Win XP SP2!
If you wish, you can create a CD Win XP SP2 clean! How? It's very easy. You need the tool freeware nLite (google for it and how to use it).
Using the nLite application you could create a new XP CD and could include SP2 in this CD. You can then use this disk to start!
By the way; The Toshiba recovery disc can be ordered from the ASP

Satellite A100-049 stops loading at the Windows loading screen
Unless I opened fully open/almost completely the cover on my Toshiba Satellite A100-049 it will always freeze on screen Toshiba Logo black (first one you see). She has completed half of the blue progress bar that runs along the bottom of the screen. I need and then turn off the button and once again, it becomes work.
The laptop is only 2 weeks old nine. It's especially annoying since it prevents a scheduled backup to wake the portable computer from Hibernation. I have to leave it on or leave the lid open permanently.
Help?
It seems that the title has been changed from the one I posted, nothing wrong with that, but it is no longer accurate. It keeps loading the Windows loading screen, it freezes "before" that date. The Toshiba Logo POST screen, very first, you see when you turn on the laptop.
