  You have a problem with the firmware of the radio.  You can see with rcore files generated and the mac address of the radio is showing that all zeros.  You could try to load a different version of the code to the AP.  It would put a new radio on the AP firmware file.

  Thanks to a contributor whose Id I have now lost but has the answer! It's go to preferences under display in the Menu and click general. Then uncheck Protected Mode. close the reader and re open and it worked. The voice is so much nicer than the old Adobe Reader software. Thanks to the contributors of the Forum.
