CC Adobe - keep asking for a connection

I'm running more recent client cloud CC and everytime I open and adobe compared with clouds application it say "sign in required" on my Mac. I log in successfully. Then A "start trial" windows appear, I can close

I tried to remove the opm.db, after the closing of the CC - but error still happens?

What can be done to fix this?

Rossoneris that I would recommend the individual to contact us directly or they provide credentials to access support on their behalf.  You would not be able to test measures necessary to solve the problem without being able to connect with active participation.
