  Hi, I have a laptop Toshiba SA20-S103. I decided to change my combo drive DVD - RW drive, so I bought the Toshiba DVD - RW SD-R6572M drive with LightScribe technology.   Have desktop Acer running Vista.  When turning the power on, screen stops at a black screen with "American Megatrends" and "press Delete to enter Setup or F12 for BBS Popup.  Bed features but cold stops at Auto detecting USB storage devices.  Have you tried typing Delete on startup and F12 also.  Also tried F8 and F10 control.  Nothing seems to work.  Sometimes when I hit Delete or F12 at the power, subsequently will pass on their corresponding monitors but it takes literally hours sometimes.  I downloaded a Vista Recovery of Neotech and tried to have the start of the DVD system, but obviously, it didn't work.  Had the same problems when I had to restart.  Please help had only 1 month, is going to launch windows soon!

  You do not connect a calendar in Google Calendar. You create a new calendar. In doing so, you select the option "on the network" and then follow the advice given by Matt to enter the address of your Google Calendar.

  At first glance it seemed to be disappointing and awkward. I had a lot of things implemented in the 'House' calendar, and given that it was not in the new calendar connected to the network, none of my existing stuff would be automatically shared.

  At the time, I started to use it, there is no obvious way to move items from one calendar to the other. One method would be to export an event to an ics file and then import it into the new calendar. I think now that if you open an event for editing, you have an option to select the schedule to record it again to.

  A call back to Epson says my Windows Firewall blocks printing Epson Status Monitor and by disabling the firewall every thing returns to normal.  Turning on the firewall without exception is still no difference and I should contact Microsoft for that matter.

  If the application works when the firewall is disabled, but not when the firewall is turned on, so you must create an exception for the application.

  You must determine the name of print Epson Status Monitor, then go to control panel > Windows Firewall (if your control panel is using "Category view", you will find Windows Firewall in the Security Center).

  Once in the Firewall dialog box, click the Exceptions tab, click the button "Add a program" and find printing Epson Status Monitor.  If it is not in the list that appears, click on the button "Browse".  After selecting the program and click OK, make sure that on the general tab of the Firewall properties dialog box that the "do not allow the box exceptions" is NOT checked.

  Looks like you have the default printer configured to be Microsoft XPS Document Writer.  Go to control panel > printers and devices and see which printer is enabled in a green circle.  If this is the XPS Document writer as I suspect, you can right click on your printer and then select "Set as default printer" after you do this, or if you cannot do this, answer with the brand and model of your printer and we are able to help if you have a driver problem.

  Adobe programs should be installed, they can be copied from one place to the other.  If you do not have the serial numbers for these products, then you're probably out of luck to run again on any new installation.  If you have the discs, then the serial number is usually on the disc cover.

  If you purchase these items in an Apple store, they are not new... they are quite old.

  I doubt that they say anything about you being the money you spent, more likely, they say they provide is no longer support for older products and you conclude are you the money you've spent - this isn't something rare to hear - it is unfortunate, but are not uncommon.
