  By "all text" are you referring to and the titles or captions? This kind of thing can vary according to the what fonts are available on each computer. If so, you will need to acquire the corresponding fonts for each computer.

  If you had bought Mac version serial number, you can not use it to activate on the Windows computer.

  Hi, I have changed from MAc to PC and have a registered version of CS 5 extended, but obviously his now useless. Can someone please confirm that all what I do buy CS6 upgrade for Windows and run it and it will install all Photoshop CS6?

  I need to be able to back up and move files from my Mac to my machine to Windows platform. My Seagate external drive is no longer recognizable on the Mac, and it was never recognized by the Windows machine.

  Before the upgrade on my Mac for 10.11.4 Dropbox worked and had files it contains. There are more files and I'm scared to use it as a backup or transfer.

  Good to know information:

  You can install and activate the subscription creative cloud Apps on 2 computers. (Whether on Mac or Windows according to your choice).

  Either it can be 32-bit or 64-bit, it's not important, the subscription will be counted due to the number of activation is made according to the Machine ID

  Before you upgrade the computer to 64-bit, best of disconnection from the creative cloud desktop application.

  If the ID of the computer changes just in case, it will be counted as 2' nd of activation.

  When you switch between Mac and Windows your budget must include the purchase of all the software again. Sometimes you are lucky.

  If you have a subscription: no problem. Just install creative cloud and connect.

  If you have a permanent license: now if your Acrobat was up-to-date Adobe will allow you to spend, but you cannot switch from older versions, you can not buy even this older version by the legitimate way. If you contact Adobe you may be able to combine the upgrade to the current version and switching, but it is a special, not normally available.

  Extension, you will need to run the current version. If a subscription, the right to crossgrade is automatic. If it's a permanent license, you will need to contact Adobe. Surely you can not crossgrade old Acrobat X.

  As test, you can download this simple project file, unzip it and double-click the .one file? I would like to know what is happening?

  You are using the latest version of edge animate? What does say on the splash screen when you first launch it?

  Another way to open a project should simply open edge animate; go to file > open and navigate to the source .html or .a file to open it. Have you tried this method with any of the files you noted above?

  Another scenerio may be related to Windows user accounts? You are an authority for the two machines you mention? You don't have administrator rights to run the associative files. One solution is to right-click on a project .an file, and in the list of context menu, there should be an option to run as administrator? Try this option.

  Last resort - uninstall computer and reinstall from your cloud of Creative Adobe free.

  My question is very simple, I'm one of the many dissatisfied customers who stuck with windows Vista.
