It's just an indication that the system is busxy - it hzzpens zt other times in the program when the program is busing is trying to accomplish the task, you asked.  It of just more notiecealbe with the research because they take much longer.  ITI is a normal behavior and no problem whatsoever.

    Restore point:

    Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

    Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

    Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    If restore work not and you do not have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:
    Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.
    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.
    When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.
    NeoSmart containing the content of the Windows Vista DVD 'Recovery Centre', as we refer to him. It cannot be used to install or reinstall Windows Vista, and is just a Windows PE interface to recovering your PC. Technically, we could re-create this installation with downloadable media media freely from Microsoft (namely the Microsoft WAIK, several gigabyte download); but it is pretty darn decent of Microsoft to present Windows users who might not be able to create such a thing on their own.
    Read all the info on the website on how to create and use it.
    It's a very good Vista startup repair disk.
    You can do a system restart tool, system, etc it restore.
    It is NOT a disc of resettlement.
  • Welcome in Vista screen gets stuck on the circle of rotation (cannot connect)
    Can someone help me pleeeeease! My job is at stake here...
    An organization of 100 employees, Vista 32 bit Service Pack 2 running on the desktop HP DC 5800, Elitebook 8530 p.
    Each user has own individual CAC card to access the machines.
    While trying to connect on individuals put their cards cac inside their cac reader that is aVAC chip card reader HP.
    Then screen then rises over 85% of the machines to say welcome and stays there for the time period of 10 to 45 minutes while the circle turns around, until the user must turn the machine off.  Once that they power the machine off then comes back upward and may or may not work.
    I would be greatly appreciated if someone who can help me with ideas to solve this problem.
    Have you contacted HP support on this issue?
    Its possible that it is a driver problem with the Smartcard Reader of ACC HP or there is a problem of authentication on Windows Server.
    Click Start > type in the search box > display the event log > click on the result and to identify any error and criticism during the time that you are having crashes on your machine.
    If you can post back with events, we can narrow down the cause of the problem.
    You will need to start safe mode for this information.
  • Circles of rotation and change of position?
    Hello
    IM totally new to edge, if Im not sure if I did this right.
    I ve you have two questions:
    1. why it looks good in firefox and not chrome?
    2 I ve got fixed height, and if a circle could get out of the scene, I wanted to animate, that the circle decreases the distance to its connected circle, how can I do this?
    Demo:
    Thank you
    You have the most recent version of edge animate?
    There was a problem with the way animations to play within Chrome. If you update your edge animate and then save, work using the new edge which should solve the problem
  • Why make circles rotates 45 degrees in the slides not listed is not in PDF format?
    I use Acrobat Professional XI and 2013 of PowerPoint in Windows 8.
    I have two PowerPoint slides. A slide is a filled circle. Another slide has an another full cirlce that is rotated 45 degrees. When I convert the PowerPoint presentation with the two slides in PDF format, the circle that is rotated 45 degrees does not appear in the PDF. This is true for all circles in rotation by a factor of 45 degrees with the exception of the circles that are factors of 90 degrees.
    Does anyone else have the same experience? Is this a bug in Acrobat?
    It may very well be because when you perform a save as > PDF, it works. I introduce this behavior of the featurerequest/bug report form.
    Today, I turned on my computer and logged on to Skype as usual. It connects fine but will not online. I only get the circle of rotation in the taskbar.
    I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I deleted all my anti-virus software with no luck.
    My internet works fine on this computer, the only thing I have a problem with Skype.
    I live in Spain and it's the only way I can keep in touch with my children back in England, so please HELP?
    Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you very much
    Rob Perry
    Yes. I mean that you need to upgrade your Internet Explorer to the latest version of IE8. The latest versions of Skype will not work with IE6.
  • HP Photosmart 5512: HP PHOTO CREATIONS will NOT INSTALL... GUARD CIRCLE SPINNING!
    OH I'm upset! AFTER bragging about the HP product so... Now, I am very disappointed. I had some problems with my printer & software, so I uninstalled all use revo uninstaller to make sure to clean up all the remaining files. I reinstalled the software from my original disc. Yes, the printer works, but NO, I can't have my photo creations software want to work more
    He has always worked in the past. I even completed this program cause software I really liked. I tried to implement everything. I uninstalled again and again... I downloaded the software from the HP website. I cleaned my temporary files, run analyses of virus, made sure my net framework has been updated and all the windows files.
    I sent an email and told to call about it. I really don't understand why I have to call and why this issue is not posted somewhere with a solution because I know others have this problem too.
    When I try to install it, it only goes to show that circle of spiral of spinning and spinning and nothing loads!
    WHY doesn't it charge when I got it in the past. Nothing has changed. I have not installed anything new etc. No ONE has the answer without having to get on the phone to call me?
    Thank you
    UPDATE... UPDATE...
    Whoo hoo... photo creations works NOW! I decided that I wanted to begin to take the material, usb etc. outside, so I decided to go ahead and CALL HP number sent me to support... but BEFORE I called, I did once again check my computer. I've also updated all my windows updates and there is much need. When I called the girl asked me if my UAC has been disabled or enabled and I knew instantly that it was because I remember to turn it off. She told me to reactivate it. I told her I do it, but I let her hang up so that she would not have to wait for the restart of the computer, etc.
    Later, I tried to reinstall the program and was disappointed when I got this same circle of rotation... so I thought... "Darn it did not work. "Then I looked at my office and was so surprised to see the icon of the software. I clicked on it and voila... It worked!
    Again, I'm a happy camper as I was before. Thank you for your offer and the entry also help good Dean... I don't know who has been too much all the good advice.
  • How can I turn my loading hourglass back in the circle?
    Recently, when I turned on my computer, the load button rebrousse circle path in the hourglass icon waiting windows xp. How can I turn it back to the circle of w7 load?
    The "circle of rotation' is part of the Aero theme, I think. Go to control panel > mouse > pointers and select the pointer.
    If the system does not, you may have lost other parts of the Aero theme, in which case you should look for updating your video drivers...
