Cisco ASA webvpn - recording of the ACL
Hello
I try to configure my cisco asa 5520 without customer webvpn connections get recorded. My ACEs getting hit, but no logentry is created:
SSLVPN_Personal list of access; 2 items
access-list SSLVPN_Personal line 1 webtype allow url https://*. XYZ. ABC.de 1 interval (hitcnt = 41) alerts
How can I check the webvpn users do?

OK, so the ASA is configured with AAA, more specifically from GANYMEDE + more, you stated that the AAA server continues to show up as down and upward, then again. I think that it is the cause of your problem. When you try to run a command, the ASA try first check on the AAA server and after it times out it refers to the secondary database, which is the local database in your case. So eliminate it that do one of the following:
1. Remove GANYMEDE + Associates configs and rely on the local database for authentication and authorization
2. understand why GANYMEDE server + is not available / bounce

I tried to find resources on the net but could not find a solution, then post it here. Maybe someone can help.
So the problem is that I'm trying to access a server on the cloud for remote VPN access (cisco asa 5510).
The server on the cloud (54.54.54.54) is only accessible from the outside interface (192.168.11.2) NY Firewall (cisco asa 5510)
I added some ACE for this in the ACL of VPN tunnel to divide.
NY-standard host allowed fw # access - list vpn_remote-customer 54.54.54.54
And I see the road added to my cliet machine after the VPN connection, but still it cannot connect to this server.
The network INTERIOR, I can connect to the server.

This is most likely a problem with NAT hair/U-turn hairpin.
Will need to see the configurations or you would need to check yourself
I don't know what your version of the Software ASA is to be like who determines what is the format of NAT configuration.
So far, you have confirmed that the ASA VPN configuration provides the VPN Client with the route to the remote server. Then in circulation should be tunnel to the ASA.
Then, you will need to check the output of this command

If you do not, you will need to add it. This effect of controls is to allow traffic to enter an interface and exit through the same interface. In your case this applies to Internet VPN Client traffic to the remote server as it between ' outside ' and spell through the 'outside'.
Then, should ensure that dynamic PAT is configured for the VPN Clients.

network of the VPN-PAT object

Of course, its possible that there could be some configuration NAT already on the device which could cause problems for this configuration. If this does not work then that we would have to look at the actual configurations on the ASA.

Cisco VPN 3060 - Cisco ASA conversion
We are about to embark on the passage of all extensions L2L and network (Cisco ASA 5505 s) of the Cisco VPN 3060 concentrator to a Cisco ASA 5520.
We bsemblable woul to see if there is a simple method to do this as a converter? Also, there are lessons learned? We run 8.4.3 so that we know that the NAT configuration has differed. The 3060 configuration can be changed in anyway for help in configuring the ASA?

Addition of Compact Flash in a Cisco ASA 5520
I'm trying to install a 512 MB COmpact Flash for an ASA 5520 Cisco. We inserted the compact flash, but when we do a DIR, it does not show. even as an unformatted device.
What should we do to make this a usable CF? I just need to recharge the ASA or do I need to format the CF. It was inserted into the slot in the back of the ASA 5520, and we ensured that had been properly rests.

I can hot flash player? For example, is it possible to change the flash player when Cisco ASA is turned on and running?
It is always recommended that you turn off the Cisco ASA, while you insert the flash drive. This disables all working processes and allows the ASA to recognize the flash from the startup process.

This comment is missing in 'display the access-list '. In the access list, for all lines after this comment, the line number is more correct. This poses problems when trying to use the line number to insert a new rule.

Cisco ASA Cisco 831 routing static. help with ACL, maybe?

What should be a simple task turns out to be difficult and I really need help.
The Cisco ASA obviously isn't a strong point on mine and could do with a point in the right direction. I hope that this will allow me to learn more about the ASA 5505.
OK so I have an ASA 5505. VLAN 1 is 192.168.254.1 and VLAN 2 DHCP of my cable modem.
I have a cisco 831 Ethernet router that will sit between my main LAN and my LAN test I want to implement for multicasting. the Cisco 831 has 1 Ethernet as 192.168.254.254 and Ethernet 0 is 10.1.1.1.
The ASA I have an interior route 10.0.0.0 255.0.0.0 192.168.254.254.
On the Cisco 831, there is a route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.254.1. I can pass traffic via Cisco 831 to the ASA 5505 and internet, for example I can ping 8.8.8.8 and access everything on my main local network, but the other wan of any host inside the ASA 5505 is unable to ping anything on 10.1.1.x.
Where I'm going wrong? I did all my access to my a whole ASA, but it is still unable to do anything.
I will attached my configs with deleted passwords here and would like a good kick in the right direction. Without a doubt, it's something simple I'm missing and I'm sure it's with the ACL on the ASA 5505 like the packet tracer said that the package is abandoned due to the ACL

I have a problem with an ASA (5520 8.0 (4)) for lack of working with a port based acl for remote clients. I have a simple acl from a single line to split traffic, if I allowed the tunnel IP works fine, if I lock it up to TCP 3389 rdp will not work. I don't see anything in the logs and debug output, I did have a problem with a similar configuration (5510 8.0 (4) and I'm at a loss to explain it.)
Everyone knows about this problem before? I have nat exclusions etc and as I said, the tunnel only works if the acl permits all IP traffic between client and server.

Split-tunnel list cannot IP, if you want to restrict which ports are are sent via the tunnel vpn for your clients vpn, you need to use VPN filters under Group Policy:

I have problems to access the resources within the network when connecting with the Cisco VPN client for a version of 8.4 (3) operation of the IOS Cisco ASA 5510. I tried all new NAT 8.4 orders but cannot access the network interior. I can see traffic in newspapers when ping. I can only assume I have NAT evil or it's because the inside interface of the ASA is on the 24th of the same subnet as the network interior? Cisco ASA 5505 VPN L2TP cannot access the internal network

I'm trying to configure Cisco VPN L2TP to my office. After a successful login, I can't access the internal network.

Hello. I need help to configure my cisco asa 5505.
I set up a VPN between two ASA 5505 tunnel
Site 1:
Subnet 192.168.77.0
Site 2:
Have multiple VLANs and now the tunnel goes to vlan400 - 192.168.1.0
What I need help:
Site 1, I need to be able to reach a different virtual LAN on site 2. vlan480 - 192.168.20.0
And 1 site I have to reach 192.168.77.0 subnet of vlan480 - 192.168.20.0
Vlan480 is used for phones. In vlan480, we have a PABX.
Is this possible to do?
Any help would be much appreciated!

The addition of a new network to the existing VPN L2L should be a fairly simple process.
Essentially, you need to add the network of the Crypto present ACL configurations "crypto map" . You also need to configure the NAT0 configuration for it in the appropriate interfaces of the SAA. These configurations are all made on both ends of the VPN L2L connection.
Looking at your configurations above it would appear that you need to the following configurations
SITE 1
- We add the new network at the same time the crypto ACL and ACL NAT0
access extensive list ip 192.168.77.0 outside_1_cryptomap allow 255.255.255.0 192.168.20.0 255.255.255.0
access extensive list ip 192.168.77.0 inside_nat0_outbound allow 255.255.255.0 192.168.20.0 255.255.255.0
SITE 2
- We add new ACL crypto network
- We create a new NAT0 configuration for interface Vlan480 because there is no previous NAT0 configuration
outside_20_cryptomap_1 to access extended list ip 192.168.20.0 allow 255.255.255.0 192.168.77.0 255.255.255.0
