  I have a BB of Q10, purchased from Rogers in the Canada. I bought outright and then paid rogers to unlock the device because I travel quite frequently to the Canada and the United States.

  The phone seems to be open correctly. I used it on the Rogers network to the Canada since I bought it and I was able to use it with T-Mobile and Verizon SIM cards to the United States as well as wandering mobility.   I spoke with the technical support of Rogers, they assure me that the device is unlocked and provided another code to do. When I go into settings > Security and privacy > card SIM screen says "the device is ready to be used on the network" (with T - Mobile SIM inserted). The options; Network subset and Service provider, all say UNLOCKED. There is no available option still unlock anything. Yet, I can't get the unit works on the network here. Is it still possible for a device to be unblocked at the regional level?

  It is not a conflict of network, T-Mobile and Rogers are both HSPA/UMTS so the unit should work in theory.

  Does anyone have experience with this? I'm running out of ideas, and it will suck really have to rely on Wifi for the next 3 weeks or have Rogers to pay $100 for a (criminal) roaming package

  I've never seen a 'regional' unlocked BlackBerry. It is a network locked or unlocked.

  My guess would be a difference in band network in the region, that you travel. You can try 3G network settings and the test?

  Settings > network connections and > Mobile network > Network Technology, what choice do you have here?

  SOLUTION:

  I managed to get into my phone during the final attempt... but I thought it was ongoing, was not the case. As explaing to me in another forum, when a person creates his password for the first time... keyboard rules still apply. Many people like me, assume that for some reason any that the pwd they are entered is digital. Probably because on non-smartphones when you enter a pwd, as for voice mail or something, it is by default to digital without having to use a modifier key. But this isn't the case, unless they first hit alt/shift for numberlock the keyboard when creating their password for the first time. So if you think you type in "1234", you actually type in "Walker", UNLESS you first hit alt/shift and type in 1234. At this point, it's definitely digital. If you do not use the alt or SHIFT key, you actually type the lowercase.

  I tested this theory by changing my password what I thought was 1234 (but was in fact Walker), and on the creation of the new DDT, I hit alt/shift (which does not count as a combination of keys!) who has locked the keypad and then typed in 1234. I did it twice, and the new DDT has been set. Then I locked my phone and then tried to unlock it. I tried to type right 1234 and it did not work. I then [I] locked number [/ i] of the keyboard by selecting alt/shift, typed in 1234, and it worked! Yet once, the keyboard rules STILL APPLY in all situations.

  Hope it will be useful. Someone should make this a sticky, because this problem is widespread and many people have the same impression that I was... when they create a password it defaults to digital. But this is not the case, unless you use the modifier keys!

  I use 9 Cp and the quiz I work needs to receive personalized feedback based on the selected response and custom PlayBar at the end show/hide buttons to allow learners to move through the lesson and quiz. Unfortunately, during tests is seems that 'last attempt' and 'success' of the actions do not run when the advanced answer options are enabled on a question. With what I know now, I could work around this problem by writing in some advanced/variables actions to assess separately the end of question and my behavior on those of predicate playbar shares. It seems a little silly to me to have to do that, being that the end is already evaluated... so, 3 part question:

  (1) is the question I describe a question for you as well, or is this a bug in my workplace only I can solve with another bug chasing?

  (2) is there a solution to this using the standard tools of Captivate and options?

  (3) how can I access completion of interaction variables special quiz? I am uncomfortable write some JS functions around them, but I'm having a hard time to find them in the first place.

  I have zero points question slides after each chapter as a control of knowledge.  The graduate quiz is at the end of the course.  I have the actions on the success and the last attempt to jump to the slide - dishes.

  When I publish the course and flow through the audit questions examine are continued to the next slide by report to jump to the menu of dishes.

  I'm done with two copies of each slide in the question.  One at the beginning of the content and the other at the end.  If the user gets the first incorrect answer, they just continue with the content and taking up the same issue (a different slide number) at the end.  For some reason, Captivate didn't work well, go backward.  This double solution the number of question slides in my project, but so far I don't have a big project.  Do not forward to the next project, which has already obtained up to 111 slides, with about 30 more to go finishing.  Because of what I do, my post must be an exe file.
