Collaboration and telepresence Solution

Hi people,

I would ask you recommendations on how we implement the solution that we offer for the customer.

  • The client have existing CUCM running version 10.x
  • Cisco IP phones and Polycom video settings are saved on the CUCM for call control

We have offered and introduce a solution of Collaboration Edge/MRA and integrate the system existing.

The solution consists of new telepresence video infrastructure and endpoints:

  • Cisco Core Expressway
  • The highway from Cisco
  • Cisco TMS/TMSPE
  • Cisco Telepresense servers
  • Conductor of Cisco Telepresence
  • Cisco Telepresence Content Server
  • Cisco SX Series (to be placed on the existing CUCM) endpoints

There are two options that came out in my mind, how to integrate these new infra to the existing.

1 CUCM will take all the call control and integrate all of these new infrastructures (managers, telepresence servers, TCS)

2 expressway Core (VCSC) will take control of calls for drivers, the telepresence servers, TCS and create between VCSC and CUCM SIP trunk.

What is the best option? Need your recommendations.

    HP Solusion Center software has been replaced by the most recent model HP Printer Wizard, it is not affiliated with the 8630 anyway.

    You can access the wizard in the HP printer by opening the software HP Officejet Pro 8630 from your desktop or in the start menu > programs > HP, open the folder that is listed as the printer model and then click the printer model icon.

    ·         Exactly when you receive this error message?

    ·         Did you do changes on the computer before the show?

    ·         Do you have any extended monitor connected to the computer in the past or at the present time?

    Follow the suggestions below for a possible solution:

    Method 1: You can try to reduce the resolution of the screen (lower), then check if the message still appears.

    Check also if the refresh rate of the monitor is set correctly and check the manual of the monitor for assistance.

    Also the docwiki clearly mentions that the version premium insurance starting with 11.1 is supported on esxi 6.0. If this is the case we run handler calls 10.5.2 within our environment, and in the case, we choose to build 11.5 for CPA and CFP would there be concerns or difficulties to integrate with CUCM 10.5. I think not but want to confirm. I would also like to hear thoughts on the CFP, APC version 10.5 supported ESXi 6.0?

    I questioned the engineering, marketing and the TME teams on the requirements of EXSi and they confirmed that the PCA EXSi versions listed are correct for 10.5.  Isn't that APC 11.0 out they began to test and support 6.x EXSi revisions.

    I have a different point of view on this issue. Why bother running 10.5 when 11.5 last rev for the CFP and the APC? 11.5 supports the towers to CUCM 9.0. We had a lot of problems with versions 10.x (updated the architectures, last minute, adds, etc.) and cleaned up emissions upward with the 11.1 and ensuites.  It is also not a good idea to get too far behind in number of revolutions from the point of view of the update.  Unless you use a cluster of CUCM 8.x (which I think should be the end of support now), you must move to 11.1 PC or later version.

    I hope this helps someone out there.  It took a lot of research and trial and error to figure.  It's a solution and not a question, moderators, please put this in the correct area - I'm sure that's probably not the right one.

    QUESTION: My Internet crashed and this was the situation for several weeks.  I used a hotspot from my phone for connectivity, it was so bad.  If I want to run a speed test, she would record .03Mbps.  Company Internet is out (twice), replaced new modem, dial-up, everything.  Modem became a signal strong, but it was not to reach all devices.  Literally spend days trying to understand this - constant speed running test.  Type a chance, but I noticed that if I turned off my wi - fi, my other devices to get internet antenna full.

    This is my note to the At & T internet tech:

    «I realized the problem - it's a mac question.»  If you see this once again, it's how to diagnose.  If they have a mac running El Capitan or Sierra (both latest versions), it will be a feature for the Photo program that attempts to download all your library - and sometimes loops constantly (this is the bug). When that happens, it will take ALL the bandwidth and choke the internet.  The way you can tell, if you turn off the WIFI antenna on the mac and the speed goes back to normal on all other devices.   You can see if you look at the activity monitor - the Application folder-> utilities-> monitor program - > Network tab.  You will see a function suck bandwidth, called NSURLSESSIOND.  Immediate fix is to run the PHOTOS, click on the PHOTOS-> PREFERENCES-> TAB, either "iCloud library" iCLOUD deselection or pause the update photograph (it does for 24 hours).  Network activity will return to normal, resolved to connectivity issues.  NOTE: you'll still the problem, if connect you the computer to the modem, wifi so isn't the issue. »

    Interesting, but I didn't and isn't the problem with El Capitan or Sierra on more than a Mac. It takes some time to download a large Photo library according to your connection speed. I never knew 'loop' a Photo. Maybe some have. Could be a bad installation.
