Compromised account
Hello, I've been hacked several times these last a couple of months and as soon as I get Word from my contacts, which have been at the receiving end of these spam e-mails, I change my password and have even added (what I thought was) additional security measures; However, I'm still getting word out emails from my account that I did not send... Please advise on the next action plan.

I added the phone security to your account and then change your password. By phone two-plant security, I mean that even if someone were to get your password, they still wouldn't be able to connect to your account, because they need a special text message that went to your phone. There is enhanced security using companies.
To configure your Microsoft account, go to http://account.live.com and use the security options on the left.

Apple compromised account? My phone number has been updated and the address has been changed
Earlier today, I was working on my mac and a notification popped up saying "AppleCare would like to view your screen". Since I didn't ask help or whatever it is I clicked on the decline. The message kept appearing for 5 times or more, whenever I clicked on the decline.
A few minutes later I received an email saying that my phone number had been kidnapped to VoicePass. So I logged in my support profile and my phone number had indeed disappeared, replaced by another phone number. My address was also changed. I tried to delete the phone number and add new my phone number, but he wouldn't let me.

Why were you not able to change the phone numbers on VoicePass? Did you change your password immediately Apple ID? I would recommend that do you if you have not yet.

DEAR MODERATOR, PLEASE READ THIS EMAIL CAREFULLY, IN ORDER TO AVOID THAT SUGGESTS A SOLUTION, I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES.
I tried for five days to access my hotmail without success. Wednesday, December 14 I accessed my account the morning normally. However, in the afternoon, I found that my account has been blocked, apparently due to receive a large amount of spam. I followed the link in the window that asked me to provide a mobile number, so a code can be sent to me, and I would then be able to unlock the account. I provide my number, but received no codes for this date.
I then entered the hotmail Help Center and asked a question asking for my account to be unblocked. I got a response the next day, saying the account was then unblocked and I could use it normally. However, I was unpleasantly surprised to discover that I couldn't open my hotmail, my password was not recognized. I tried to reset my password, but if you follow a link sent to an alternative email, every time since Thursday, the result was a page saying:
There is a temporary problemThere is a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to receive this message, try again later.
I tried to reset my password more than 10 times in the last four days and nothing. I tried different browsers, tried to optimize the browsers, tried five different computers - AND NOTHING.
I reported this problem on several occasions in the Help Center, but I got repetitive suggestions or 'solutions' that didn't work. Whenever I post an entry in my open question, I get the same suggestions over and over again. I realized that I'm only receive automated messages, and that no one really looking to my problem to offer assistance of effetive.
Can anyone help me please with a decent and effective action?

Locks of compromised accounts - change the login name will this stop?
We have a user whose account is to be hacked and his narrative locks every 60 seconds or more. We demonstrate its lockout passing a box Exchange CASE be struck repeatedly with his credentials. If I simply rename the name of the user, this should stop the lockout, right?

Account compromised Hotmail - password reset does not work!
A few days ago my account Hotmail "sent" emails to all my contacts, even if the emails are not in my sent items folder. To prevent this from happening again, I installed antivirus software and also deleted all my contacts from Hotmail. I could access the account for a day or two, but now, without warning, I can not access my TI at all. When I try to log on I get a screen "your account has been blocked. I have a second email address, to which I ask a verification code sent to unlock my Hotmail. When I enter the code, I get a screen "Reset your password". I have reset a strong password and save, then resubmit my secondary e-mail address, then continue. I wonder for a phone number as another option of password recovery, but I ignore this screen and click on continue. I get then tell screen ' authorized error 401 - no server: access denied due to credentials not valid. You are not authorized to view this directory or page using the credentials you provided "."
Makes no sense to me!
I installed Avast antivirus and Microsoft Security Essentials but neither picked up a virus on my system.

First of all you must have a significant anti-virus program on the computer at one time much
less running. Even if disabled they will always load parts of themselves into a memory that
can cause strange issues while actually reduce safety. Even the remains of a
uninstalled antivirus may cause problems.Uninstall Avast or MSE (both are excellent)

My hotmail email has been compromised, I can't change the password, someone tried to enter into the account by using a password wrong too many times. The information takes me just round in a loop. I need to get my list of contacts of the compromised account so I can transfer to a new e-mail account. I had this account to hotmail for a long time and I really want this back, but with the security knowing that he has not been hacked. At the very least, I want to be able to get my contacts.

Dear Sirs,
I had this account for more than 10 years. The other day I was cleaning software for my machine I've ever used. I remember to remove something that was bound to windows 'LIVE' that says that I rarely used it. Now, I can not use my hotmail account. I can get connected, but can't click on anything whatsoever. When I ride on an element, I get the little hand with the 'wait' finger, but he never goes one further.
I guess I must have pulled something part of the hotmail program work properly. The account is still there. and I changed the password just to be sure. I recently had a hacked Facebook account, but this address/hotmail account has never been associated with the Facebook account. This is why I take it for granted that I deleted something necessary for hotmail.

How to unlock my hotmail; account compromise
