My HP profile has been hacked last weekend. Database e-mail, phone number, username, everything changed. Could not link to my profile, ERROR 500: your browser sent a request that is unrecognizable... cookie reset. Now that I'm back, I need to let safety HP IT guys know...

Cannot create ColorChecker Passport profiles in Lightroom
I don't know what changed, but now I am unable to create ColorChecker profiles in Lightroom. Error message is:
The profile could not be created. Could not generate illuminant DNG image. Images must be created using a bulb supported and the correct exposure. For more information, please click the button to learn more.
I've clicked on the button more, but was unable to find a solution to this problem.
I use LR CC 2015.5.1 and camera raw 9.5.1. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

BlackBerry Facebook for up-to-date passport 10.7 passport do not load the friends profile

I have a bit of a situation with my new passport of BlackBerry, I've updated the Facebook app yesterday (now I 10.7) and since then, it is no longer load some of my friends from profiles (delay), don't know if this is normal. It access and it displays the circle goes in the long round, but not load not not the chronology of my friend (I am able to see the profile picture, section and photos section, but not the timeline). I checked on my laptop and it loads the timeline very well.
I do a specific configuration to my BlackBerry for the delays in loading, my friends? Can someone, please?

Apple compromised account? My phone number has been updated and the address has been changed
Earlier today, I was working on my mac and a notification popped up saying "AppleCare would like to view your screen". Since I didn't ask help or whatever it is I clicked on the decline. The message kept appearing for 5 times or more, whenever I clicked on the decline.
A few minutes later I received an email saying that my phone number had been kidnapped to VoicePass. So I logged in my support profile and my phone number had indeed disappeared, replaced by another phone number. My address was also changed. I tried to delete the phone number and add new my phone number, but he wouldn't let me.
My account has been compromised? I tried to contact apple, but I can't do, and the first call that I could program online is on Sunday.

When you try to sync my new phone android (galaxy S4 to S5 galaxy), my firefox on firefox sync profile name is incorrect by a letter. Instead of kokochako, it reads kokocako. IM concerned because my name and my password is the same that I use to log on to my laptop and my previous smartphones. I can't synchronize my acct or make changes to my profile name. Regarding the identity, the user with the e-mail address that appears under the wrong name can receive your confirmation email to reset your password and may be confused (assuming that the name is the email that does not display properly)
To answer your question how sync works when the next to the profile name icon is incorrect. Can also provide a screenshot of it? What is an email? I don't know which menu you're talking about.
To fix this, you can create a copy of the profile on the laptop, backup and restore Firefox profiles information disconnect the wrong account and add the appropriate account and password.

You have to worry that my social media/email is compromised on macbook?
I just clicked on a link facebook earlier that led me to a site 'facebook' false asking me to give them permission to access my public profile, I clicked on "Cancel" on the pop up instead of just close the tab (yes I know it's stupid).
Then he took me to a site of fake "macbook" with a window telling me that my password is too simple and it can be hacked, then it brings me to a site to suggest me to download a 'helper', I managed to close the window "download helper" but I couldn't close the window of fake macbook , every time I close it, it would just pop upward.
I was using chrome and I decided to force quit the browser.

Account compromised Hotmail - password reset does not work!
A few days ago my account Hotmail "sent" emails to all my contacts, even if the emails are not in my sent items folder. To prevent this from happening again, I installed antivirus software and also deleted all my contacts from Hotmail. I could access the account for a day or two, but now, without warning, I can not access my TI at all. When I try to log on I get a screen "your account has been blocked. I have a second email address, to which I ask a verification code sent to unlock my Hotmail. When I enter the code, I get a screen "Reset your password". I have reset a strong password and save, then resubmit my secondary e-mail address, then continue. I wonder for a phone number as another option of password recovery, but I ignore this screen and click on continue. I get then tell screen ' authorized error 401 - no server: access denied due to credentials not valid. You are not authorized to view this directory or page using the credentials you provided "."

I installed Avast antivirus and Microsoft Security Essentials but neither picked up a virus on my system.

First of all you must have a significant anti-virus program on the computer at one time much
less running. Even if disabled they will always load parts of themselves into a memory that
can cause strange issues while actually reduce safety. Even the remains of a

I had this account for more than 10 years. The other day I was cleaning software for my machine I've ever used. I remember to remove something that was bound to windows 'LIVE' that says that I rarely used it. Now, I can not use my hotmail account. I can get connected, but can't click on anything whatsoever. When I ride on an element, I get the little hand with the 'wait' finger, but he never goes one further.
I guess I must have pulled something part of the hotmail program work properly. The account is still there. and I changed the password just to be sure. I recently had a hacked Facebook account, but this address/hotmail account has never been associated with the Facebook account. What is "Microsoft 4 Client Profile" downloading, is that business? I looked on the site, and it says something about Artitecture. If this is the case, I guess I ' remove it. That Trojan Aescford had blocked my internet connection and opened a "1394", when I noticed that, I blocked and there are now out there. I know there is still a problem, or more because of the different things, can't really explain, I don't know. I got a future service in my computer and they supposed to be cleaned, but I still think that somethings is wrong. When I open the Device Manager, I saw the same old "1394" only he says 'Controller of Bus' so I disabled it, before that the Pros even did anything, too, has something called "Microcode" something, so disabled it, and I'm not that smart where computers are concerned. I would like to disable more things, but I'm not sure, then don't. Get this Trojan of course makes me paranoid and almost too afraid to do anything on the internet.

Email address at random from my hotmail profile information
My hotmail account has been hacked and he has been blocked my Microsoft. After following the instructions, I have reset my password and can now return to my account. In the account information on the my profile page, however it is an email address hotmail listed in the section "other email addresses to communicate with you' and it's not me! Clearly, I want to make sure emails are not being sent to someone else, but to remove the e-mail address of my profile, it sends an email to this address requesting confirmation of the cancellation, but because it is not my email address I can't confirm that.
