  Yay!   Solved!   I have a HP Envy touch screen.  He was originally with victory 8.1 and some delivered the software, which included 6 Youcam, the software to use the built in HP Truevision webcam.  I have not upgraded to win10 no problem.  Then I started having problems with my Start menu and programs it does not.  I could do a click on a few of them, but just click on them to open them did nothing.  I set up with it for a little while and then get frustrated enough to reinstall windows.  I think that I have the place in improved, or refresh - one who starts as new windows and records everything you had in the Windows.Old folder.   When I did this, all my software group has been deleted, including Youcam.   A few weeks later my Start menu stop working again and I had to do the win10 reinstall again.  I don't know what option I did the installation with the second time, but my file to win.old has now disappeared, as well as all the myself programs installed.  Now the webcam did not work.  I downloaded another version of Youcam - my version of software was not free to download and I wasn't about to pay for something that was initially provided with my computer for free, and I had no idea of what I could do or who to call to do not have to pay for it again.  I think it was 2 Youcam.   It was impossible to capture images.  The little light next to the camera, indicating that he was working, so I was sure that it was not a hardware problem.  When I looked in the settings I coulkd see she was using the HP Truevision webcam.  It just did not work.  I tried to make updates, Win10 and Cyberlink.  I uninstalled the webcam, reinstalled, tried to roll back the driver, all that jazz. That didn't fix it.  I looked on the Forum and found other people had similar issues, but I saw none that was remidied it.  Something about the embedded version of Youcam seems vital for the webcam not work at all.   I scoured my hard drive and found in my Program Files (x 86), my Cyberlink folder still had a Youcam6 record.  And the .exe program!   I ran it... and he did the same error "unable to capture.    I think that's when I posted in the forums here.  I was frustrated and doesn't bother with it more until yesterday.  I decided to try once more.   I ran Youcam6 (had to go again in Progran files (x 86) to do, but this time, I made a shortcut).  Same mistake.  I went into the Device Manager and uninstalled the Hp Truevision webcam.  Ran Youcam yet again, no camera detected.  With Youcam always on I went back to the Device Manager and search for new devices and immediately returned to the Youcam window and now it says "we have detected you have Hp truevision webcam, you want to use this device?  I clicked on ok, the box of image capture flashed different colors for a second, then was filled with the image of the room behind me and myself.  It worked!   Just in time, too.   My next idea was to see if drop shot it would help.

  I bought a Dell laptop for a few months now, and it is constantly with a watch "No Internet access" in the yellow icon.   Always include the exact model number and the version of Windows in your messages. And if it's a laptop, next time post in the forum of the laptop .

  If I understand correctly, you are using a wireless connection to the router. Have you checked the Windows settings to see if WiFi is turned off "to save energy? Look in device for an entry-level WiFi Manager and double-click it to open it. If there is a power management tab, click it and look for a box "allow the PC shuts off... "and uncheck the box.   This is a late response to your question, but I thought that I could add more information here.

  From your description, it seems that your PageUp and the keys to the House (or arrows) of the keyboard are either stuck, or failing. These keys usually help access us in applications you mentioned. And since you mentioned that this happens even when the touchpad is not in use, it is likely that this could be the cause here.

  I suggest get you the checked keyboard when using a hardware technician, preferably from your computer manufacturer. That should help you understand better.

  I had a problem with a computer that I just bought. It looks and works very well, but occasionally it freezes and only the cursor can still be moved. The only way to turn it off is to unplug the power supply cord through. If I restart it, it works fine, until it happens again (three times in a period of about six hours today). I went to the Apple store and they tested all and any equipment checked OK. I had just erased the disc and then reinstalled El Capitan, but it happened even before I did. There is no other software on the disk, only El Capitan. The computer has a unique key of 4 GB, and I was wondering if maybe that could be the reason, that it should simply have more RAM and two identical sticks together?

  The last time I was on the Apple store, there is no newspaper on the computer because I had erased the disc, but now it should be, so I guess I'll be back to see if they can find anything.  During this time, is that what someone had this problem? The 'genius' last time said he believed it was probably a software problem, in which case it will take El Capitan, or at least of Safari, which is what I used whenever this happens.   I suspect that my problem is a graphics card fault, but before I go out and buy a new one (not the best time now) I'm trying to determine if it is indeed a hardware problem that needs to be replaced or if it's a software/driver problem that can be solved. I had this crash pop up sometimes in the past, but it was very little common, until two days ago, I was playing a game more modern and the screen cut out on me & computer crashed. I had to be hard to recover the low once or twice until. I went to a game played and lower spec for awhile and it crashed again. Now it crashes whenever I start (sometimes canned music plays while the screen is dead) and now also when you watch a video or just browsing youtube.

  I already messed up around the graphics driver is uninstalled, using a program slate for leftovers, running a complete windows defender scan in safe mode and reinstall the graphics drivers. Doesn't seem to help. If my computer is turned off for a while she seems okay if I do not do much with it, but once it blocks then happens much more frequently to the point I just have to close for a while.   If you have the integrated video card, you can always use it and calm down your use of graphics for a while... also consider whether there are computer shops and parts used in your area and find a backup card. If you need to adjust your monitor to the onboard video (as in DVI / VGA) there are adapters for this that attach the monitor cable with the connector on the computer.
