Computer is slow in normal and fast mode in safe mode

I had this problem for over 2 weeks, the first thing I noticed was my screen was going black causeing me having to restart and often having to use safe mode to do anything, I also noticed very quickly in Web pages and very slow loading safe mode each time that I could get to use the regular mode.  I changed the hard drive using acronis to clone the old disk, I have my screen has changed three times, changed the cables, changed video cards, updated all drivers, added 1 GB of ram, 4 GB total, I use WinXP Pro, ATI Radeon X 700, Asus P5AD2-E Premium M/B I turned off AVG, I reset the Bios, updated and installed the latest version.  Is it possible to check the M/B for integrity?  That's all that's left to replace, I'm out of ideas.

  • Computer HP laptop-15-f162dx (POWER: Standby Mode will not Wake-Up)

    I put the switches so that the computer does not turn off and Sleep Mode for 15 minutes.  However, the computer go to sleep after 30 minutes and will not wake up!  I have to restart the computer everytime I want to work on that.  It is significant in the end pain when I need to leave for half an hour when I'm working on something.

  • Firefox is faster on the safe mode. Even when I disable all extensions and plug-ins, it does still work on normal mode. What should I do?

    I already tried to uninstall e install again, but rest the problema. When I use safe mode, firefox works correctly. I tried to remove all extensions and plug-ins, but the problem persists. Even my mouse pointer moves slowly around firefox screen when the normal mode. I have synced with another computer and I have no problem with each other.

  • Remote Desktop is very slow on one another and fast on a single computer

    While I'm at work, I use remote desktop to connect to my home computer. I did this for a long time without any problem.
    I just finished building my new computer yesterday and install a new copy of Windows 7 Pro x 64. When I went to connect to my new computer today via desktop remotely, it is really slow and jerky. I thought maybe it was just my connection but I tried to connect to an older computer which is also on my network home and it was really smooth and fast. So I have 2 computers on the same network, and they have significantly different results when you connect via RDP. The old computer is significantly less powerful than my new.
    Is there something I need to do on my new computer (the server) to speed things up? Maybe tweaks, I have neglected or forgotten to start because it is a new installation of windows?
    All of the involved computers, Client and server (s) running Windows 7 Pro x 64 and my remote desktop settings are the following:

    16-bit color
    Local resources:
    Remote - audio does not play
    Keyboard - computer

    I got it to work.

    I went through internet and found a registry tweak which fixed my problem 100%
    I navigated to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters
    and a new value called DisableTaskOffload DWORD value, and then set its value 1.

I hope that someone knows what these processes are and how they arise or eat more RAM that I stop.
