• Why won't one of the picture of the user displayed in the Start Menu?

  On our old Netbook, there are 2 users. I am the administrator and my wife is a regular user. I have two of our photos in our profiles and our user accounts. Whenever I start, my picture is at the top of the start menu as it should. When my wife connects and starts, there is no picture in the start menu. I checked three times. All the settings on the two users are the same. Her image appears everywhere else it is supposed to, such as the log on screen, etc. What can I do to get it to show? A clue for you can be its start menu is much greater than mine. By that, I mean it takes more space, has more characters and icons. I checked all the settings too. They are all the same.   Check to see if the following is useful.

  Method 1: Try to reinstall the USB controllers and check if it helps.

  a. click the Start button and then right click on my computer. Click on properties.

  b. click on the Hardware tab, and then click Device Manager. Expand the Bus USB controllers section by clicking on the sign «+»

  c. each of the devices under the USB controller section uninstall by right-clicking on each one, then click on uninstall.

  Who has ever done the installation of Windows, the installation program asks you to enter your name and optionally, the name of the organization. These registration information appears under recommended for in the general tab of the System when you click Start, click Control Panel, click performance and Maintenanceand then click System.

  To change see instructions below:

  1. Click Startand then click run.
  2. In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK.
  3. Look for the following registry key:
     HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion
  4. To change the name of the company, follow these steps:

     In the right pane, double-click RegisteredOrganization. Under value data, type the name that you want, and then click OK.

  5. To change the name of the registered owner, follow these steps:
