Confidentiality of the blackBerry Smartphones BBM with BES?

My BlackBerry BlackBerry Enterprise Server runs away. My BlackBerry Messages can be read? If so, how can I delete my history?

Hello

No one here can tell you how your BES admins have configured their system. It is possible for BES record everything you do on your BB and there's nothing you can do about it. It is also possible that your BES admins sign nothing. But, even once, nobody here can possibly know this answer.

Basically, as a member of a corporate BES environment, you are subject to any policies and restrictions that exist. Anyone on BES should really treat their BB not as their own, but as their employers (or whatever the entity which is providing BES). Don't do things on the BB that you don't want them to know everything.

Good luck!

  • BlackBerry Smartphones BBM disappeared after the 7.0.1 update

I've updated BBM from version 7 to 7.0.1. After the reboot, I found that my BBM was gone. I checked my world in Blackberry World, to see that it is installed, but it was gone. So I had all my BBM Messages messages. Make a restore from a previous backup has not resolved the problem, 7.0.1 remained. I had to reinstall version 6 to BBM. Version 6 installation means that I've lost the BB voice that came with v7. Nobody knows where and how can I get the previous version 7.0.1. IE version 7?

What developer support options are available for the development of Java for the BlackBerry Smartphone?

    What plans are available?

Who can I contact with to register a support plan?

One of the evangelists 'Developer' RIM working outside South Africa, I think, so there should be someone local you can talk too.  If you message Mark Sohm (the RIM name you will see a lot on the forum - MSohm), with your e-mail address and it ask to put you in contact with the Developer Evangelist in SA, which should help.  You can tell Mark to ask me if he needs clarification.  Do not promise anything either but I hope that something will happen.

  • Response of the blackBerry Smartphones can not email!

Suddenly, since I've updated my BB 8520, I find I can send and receive email - but do not answer them!  Any ideas as to why?

Hello and welcome to the community!

After updates or then get email of wobbly, I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

    (1) registry HRT

    • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
    • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

    (2) remove and return Service directories

    • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
    • If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
    • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

    (3) restart to take batt

    • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should try remove and re-add your BIS configuration for these accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile provider for formal support.

    Good luck!

  • For the blackBerry Smartphones Reset network settings

N.. completely different. For your mobile network, with a strong network carrier (for example, not only WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB... Please wait just before moving on to the next step):

    1) register HRT

    • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
    • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

    2) Remove and return Service books

    • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
    • If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
    • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

    3) restart

    • With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.
    • See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should try remove and re-add your configurations for the relevant accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile provider for formal support.

For the wireless, there is no sort directly 'reset' nothing beyond removing and reconfiguring of the WiFi network configurations. Beyond that, things as device WIPE, reloading the OS, and other very drastic measures would be required. And, important to note, I have no way of knowing if this is really necessary... you did not no matter what description of what happens, so it is not possible to understand your situation and you give more targeted recommendations.

    Good luck!

I downloaded a new version of BB Appworld a few days ago, and since then my BBM icon and contacts have disappeared. No luck, I looked in the Instant Messaging folder, the apprlications and the downloadswith. I took the battery and released on the phone so many times and failed. • BlackBerry Smartphones BBM grayed andunable to remove

I want to delete BBM because it does not appear on my Playbook when bridged with my flashlight (it was, but for some unknown reason is no longer there).

I was advised to remove the BBM and reinstall, however, the delete option is simply not there, see App World or under options-device-applications.

    Help please.

In your Options > device > Applications, click on the top to the lower right box for the module.

    Remove BBMessenger.

Then do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most defects and errors of operating system, and you will lose any data on the device doing so.
Now, from your BlackBerry browser, download the latest version of www.blackberry.com/messenger

The last 5.0.3.22 is required for BBM on the Playbook.

  • Cannot save the blackBerry Smartphone Smartphones SMS like any other regular phone?

I bought my BB Torch not too long ago, but it seems that I could fill up to the brim with SMS because it asks me to delete some to make room for more.

  • Incomplete miniature view of the blackBerry Smartphones photo library

    Hello
I copied a load of photos from my laptop on my memory card but when I put in the phone (Bold 9780) new photos are not displayed in the photos app.
This could be due to the postage stamp (suppose BBThumbs.dat) file in the folder still only data for files that were taken direct on the phone? If so, how can I force the system to rebuild.
If this is not the case, how to actually do the phone re-scan the file to rebuild the library and show all that?
    Help!

Normally, if you make a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with the phone smart BlackBerry power, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart, the device will rescan and rebuild thumbnails and cache.

Try it again once if you already have.
