  Maybe someone with more knowledge (like Engineer Support or an MVP) see this thread and respond with a solution.  In the meantime, I'm puzzled.

  Thanks Pat, this solved the mystery.

  For someone else who has the same problem as me unfortunately its not good news. To use the help link in the post previous I understand now, is that my system is not compatible.

  When I bought my laptop it came with acrobat 8, at a later stage, I changed the OS to be MS Office Home and Student 2010. This must have been the point that the PDF Maker has stopped working although I discovered this now.

  According to the link above help Word 2010 is no longer compatible with Acrobat X and later. If the create a PDF to a word document function will never work now. Emptied!

  My friend's laptop computer was destroyed in a car accident. I pulled the drive and placed it in my desktop XP system and the drive appear in good health. However, I received permission issues trying to access records on the disk and thought that it was because of me using Win XP and the laptop was Win7x64. My questions below are based on the assumption that I'm not able to access these files on my Win XP system. If this assumption is incorrect, so please let me know.

  I have a laptop that I don't use and put the disk in it. I was hoping it would be plug and play all the new material, but after reading a little online, I know that this is not the best thing to do and will probably not work as did the earlier versions of Windows.

I reinstalled the Epson printer so I can print a page of the Epson, but windows does not recognize the drivers I am not able to print anything else. I have tried to install using the disc to Epson, and then after uninstalling all things Epson I installed on the Epson site. Note: I'm on the same network "workgroup" as the other laptop, however, when I go to my computer > network it shows 2 laptops, devices, multifunction, Network Infrastructure devices, printers and Scanners. The only difference between the 2 laptops in this area is that mine shows 'Gateway Internet' in the 'Network Infrastructure' and the other laptop shows router WiFi. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

  Doug is correct; each sequence in the call stack has its own sequence context, so if you just "ThisContext" for the sequence context parameter, you provide the framework for the error callback, which has no error.  To access the context of the sequence that wrong, you use the caller property to get to the next level in the call stack, for example:

  RunState.Engine.DisplayRunTimeErrorDialogEx ("error Dialog", ThisContext.Caller, 0, False, False, False, False)
