Conflicting options for computer wake up do not allow for WOL work.

I try to get WOL to work and will have a lot of questions.  I checked the WOL packets receive at my PC and will wake the computer, but with these settings enabled, my PC wake up too often. Using Wireshark I identified packages that LLMNR and normal of the ARP requests are waking up the computer. I have scoured the internet looking for a solution but have had no success.

MY MAIN PROBLEM AND THE ISSUE IS WITH THE POWER MANAGEMENT OPTIONS. When the box "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" is not selected, it is gray on the option "allow this device to wake the computer". Therefore, the only way to allow packets wake up the computer is to allow the computer turn off the network adapter. IT SEEMS INHERENTLY CONTRADICTORY, because what is happening now is that shortly after the computer goes to sleep, the computer disables the network adapter, which then makes using WOL impossible. Is there a solution to this? WOL is an extremely important element for me and its current inability to function that makes me come back to Windows as my OS choice, although in truth it might not run on another platform either. Any help would be appreciated.
