  I tried to insert Dell drivers and utilities disk, but that does not change.
  I tried to download on an other computer files from dell that look like they are pilots.
  I tried to set up a new connection

  You must re-create the network connection Wireless LAN (remove the current which is probably set to use the mini port WWAN and create a new one) and specify the LAN port during installation.  This should solve the problem.
