  (3) I have the latest version of iTunes on the laptop, which starts very well and logs in my iTunes store (.. .in the Australia).  [This is interesting, because I guess that both iTunes and iCloud connect to the same server Apple ID to check the details].

  (4) I made sure that Windows is completely up to date, and that my office 2013 is also entirely up-to-date, with a full stop/restart of the laptop to make sure that nothing is installed in half.

  (5) I uninstalled iCloudand reinstalled from a new download.  Did not help.

  (6) before the iCloud upgrade to the latest version there is + 2 weeks (I'm now on the 5.2.1.69 Version), iCloud worked perfectly, including the good synchronization of Outlook calendar and favorite contacts on different browsers.  I want to try and reinstall the old version - see if that restores me to my nirvana earlier, but I couldn't find anyway to do.

  Suggestions as to best 'next steps', I can take would be highly appreciated...

  My wife and I use relatively new mini iPad and iPhone. It also uses a MacBook. until last week, we were all successfully using the Internet through my Mac (Telsra in Australia) the wifi via modem (built in router) - the modem is about 10 years, all other devices are relatively new.  Now, connections are erratic, mostly afecting iPad and my wife's iPhone. More often than otherwise, it can not connect to wifi.  We tried everything that we know make connections wifi works again, but only occasional success and then sometimes only for a few minutes.  Telstra are less useful. Desperately need suggestions about what is at the origin of the problem and that we can do about it.

  I have some suggestions below, BUT you can upgrade your router to one of the latest versions on the market

  Please do the following and after each test to see if the problem is resolved - if yes, then you can omit the following steps - I tried to list them in ascending order of the effort at least on a Mac and / or an iDevice

  1. Check if the problem is related to a single device and if other devices connect normally-
  2. If the answer 1 is 'yes' - try to connect the device assigned to somewhere else if possible - coffee or the University
  3. Please see recommended settings of WiFi routers and Apple access points
  4. Perform a forced - restart cela do not delete or purge all data and allows to solve many problems - here is how - press and hold the Off / On Home button and at the same time for about 15-20 seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Allow normal startup upward.
  5. Settings - WiFi - < network name > - Click on forget network - do a restart forced according to 3 and then add again the network
  6. If home - reboot the router by unplugging it for 60 seconds (power) and the plug and reconnect - obviously, this step can be done in a public place like a cafe or airport or University. While you're there - make sure your router is working on the latest firmware (check manufacturer's website)
  7. Settings - general - reset - Reset network settings - remember to have very practical WiFi passwords because it erases the WiFi passwords
  8. If it is a new specific net device in your home - make sure that the router gives enough DNS for all numbers which must / wants a connection - stuff like the printer, Chromecast get overlooked - ask for more details on this so not sure option
  9. Backup the device to iTunes - restore as NEW (no) - see if solves problem - if yes - restore backup
  10. An appointment of 'Genius' to an Apple Store, or select another authorized service provider.

  Having just bought a 55 "VL900A I am quite surprised that it only connects to one"catch-up"online TV services, here in Australia. Virtually all other brands of smart TV sold here, even the cheap Soniqs, will connect at least ABC iView, otherwise more catch-ups available.

• Connected HP App for IOS not taken in charge?

  Just bought a new HP laptop with the intention of using the drive connected through my devices.  I'm on Windows 8.1 and 8.3 of IOS on Iphone and Ipad.  I installed the applications on my devices Apple only to open them to read that the app is not supported in this country.  I'm in the United States, in Puerto Rico.  I called and chatted with HP Support, given the wrong number for Apple and now asked to come here to find help.  Seems that no one at HP is even ready to see if the PR is a country supported and do not have a phone number for their own developers.

  The use of Connected is impossible in PR?  How can it be if it apparently works in the country more "foreign" than a Commonwealth of the United States?  If I can't use the connectivity for me, the laptop is useless.  Any suggestions on how to get devices connected to the HP drive connected?  (I have uninstalled and reinstalled the apps on IOS already, no dice.)

  I couldn't get past the Toshiba Places menu, it's just loading and loading with nothing happens.
  I updated the firmware to the last, reset the config, rewire, and test the network connection. Network diagnosis connection says it's ok, but toshiba places are unable to use.

  I guess there is a temporal server problem and there is nothing wrong with your TV device or connection.
  Therefore, you can do nothing to wait until the service will be available again.

  I recently installed a Netgear wireless home router. Although the Mac laptops and iPod in the House have all connected without any problems my Satellite L300 (PSLB8A-0VK004) is not.
  Curiously however Island L300 connects to a public network wireless outside my house without any problem.

  I have contacted Netgear, and they tried many things with me by phone. One of the operators of Netgear said it was a well-known problem of them and that he had a problem with Vista. They said I had to download Service Pack 2 for Microsoft (which I did) and the last 'Wireless drivers from the Web from Toshiba site'.

  I have a problem with the touch buttons on my U500. I have already returned the first laptop that I bought for the Exchange.

  The question is this:
  When the power cord is connected (without worrying if connected to the wall) the "Volume +" button will stick THERE.
  The volume will continue to rise, it cannot be muted or turned down as the + keeps repeating.
  Without the power cable inserted the works of buttons as expected (normally).
