  We currently use scripts UCCX 7.0 with opening and closing hours of CSQ controlled via defined under the time of day in the script.

  I would like to know if it is possible to control the opening and the closing time of a script based on an agent is connected or not?

  So basically, the office is deemed open when an agent is connected and deemed closed when there is no connected agents regardless of the time.

  If possible, can you kindly point me in the right sense of how implement this corresponds to the script.

  Sure... in short:

  -Use a step "to obtain the statistical report" to see how many officers is connected, or "ready" (your choice) and store that in an int variable

  -If this > 0 then 'goto' your behavior variable open.

  -If it is 0 or - 1, then goto closed.

• No control of monitoring Audio level with plug headphones

  Hey everybody,

  Thanks in advance for any help that anyone can give me.

  I use first Pro CC 8.1 and I can't use the volume on my system to adjust the level of the headphone output. If I adjust the volume on the keyboard or system preference I get full volume out of Premiere Pro. Even if it is defined on the system to volume 0, I get the full output through the headphones. Interestingly enough my USB speakers are controllable all simply not the headphones.

  Any suggestions?

  Do you use a headset or speaker-out jack for headphones, rather that the speakers are connected to the USB port? I don't know if you are a Mac/Pc, but in Windows, each output "type"... USB, taken from the front rear, front taken etc. is a different control section in the system software. In a Pc, will gets Panel-> sounds (or right click on the speaker in the "sandbox" on the menu bar, and then clicking on 'Reading devices' or 'Sounds') you a box with all outputs listed... and you can work from there.

  Or... could be even faster... right click on the speaker icon down right in the start bar again, and then click "Volume Control Options"... click on helmet so he had a check mark. Now... to redefine your headphones, on the "speaker" icon... "Open volume Mixer"... and your headset should appear there is something you can control.

  I guess that Mac would have something similar...

  is it possible, if only I consult a page bookmark for just a touch or click on a place to get my bookmark next in the order?

  But to clean my menu bookmark, I created a subfolder called EBAY and within this 6 categories 1 to 6 each containing less than 20 bookmarks.   It is possbile to have my bookmarks list as a separate window similar to opera or internet explore, you can attach it to the right or left of the screen, by clicking on the bookmarks that you want to open. I haven't found the "library" window, but every time I open a bookmark, that it will automatically switch to the window of firefox

  I'm used to be able to open a single bookmark in a new tab. Now I can open only all of a folder of bookmarks in tabs with "open all in tabs". The option to open only favorite in a new tab or window is grayed out.

  The only way I can understand to open a bookmark without leaving the page that I should find a link to open in a new tab or open a blank tab that is many more steps.
  How can I fix the 'novelty' to make it work?

  You can middle click or hold CTRL and left click a bookmark (and other links) to open the bookmark in a new tab.

  By opening the Control Panel, I get the error message box gift: System\current control Set\Services\Log guide\: CreateKey has no 5.

  The Control Panel icons are displayed but are frozen and the only action available is to close Control Panel by using the Task Manager.

• The 'Excel.FormatCondition' activeX control class opening

  I am using activeX controls for excellent including the classes Excel._Application, Excel._Workbook and Excel._Worksheet. I used an open refnum of automation of opening of the application class, then I used nodes of property to join the workbook and worksheet classes. Now, I want to use the Excel.FormatCondition class. I couldn't go to class with nodes and its methods, so I use a refnum automation open as before, but I get "Error 3005 occurred at the opening of Automation".

  I found another post with advice to record the commands, but I read that the excel activeX controls need not to be recorded - they work under windows.

  If I do not need to record something, I don't ' know not what. I'm using LabVIEW 8.6 and Office 2007.

  This is not true. As I mentioned in another threadas an example, you get out of the status of the format of the collection after you have added using the Item method. In Excel 2003, which returns a FormatCondition type directly. In Excel 2007, it returns a variant. Therefore, you can use the variant data between the FormatConditions.Item () method and the FormatCondition.Interior property, as I showed in response No. 14, to convert the variant to a FormatCondition type.
