Coprocessor driver missing HPG6062ea

So, I have a HP G6062EA, which came with Windows Vista 64-bit.

It was great to work (except that I need to replace the battery, so its plugged in at all times) until I added a new hard drive and install a fresh copy of Vista 64 bit on it. It now runs reallly slow, like REALLY SLOW and says that it can't find the coprocessor driver despite downloading it from the HP support Site.

I have now upgraded to Windows 7 64 bit and I have the same problem. I installed SlimDriver and it detected a coprocessor driver was missing and installed it but it still does not work fast and instead of the coprocessor missing in the device driver settings, it says an unknown device.

Please help as I just bought a new Hard Drive & cable for the laptop and want it to work! Thanks ():

Hello:

Please see if you install the driver of your PC support Vista nForce chipset and driver page installs the coprocessor.

It should be.

  • Driver missing in Windows 7 RTM TX2000 coprocessor

I installed Windows 7 RTM on my HP TX2000 and everything went well, except for a missing 'coprocessor' driver. I did a little research and found several posts that seem to indicate that I need to install one of the Vista 64 drivers manually. I downloaded, extracted, then tried each sets pilot but Device Manager reports it found no compatible driver.

Is there a new driver for Windows 7? Is there another driver, I can use?

I finally found the missing driver by a link in another post here.

  • Pavilion tx 1000 missing coprocessor driver

Ive no idea what driver it is. Nothing in the downloads mentions coprocessor driver. And, when I google, it came with a nvidia nforce system management driver. I don't know if it's right, but I still cant find in the drivers section so I came here to beg the gods pilot that they could send me a sign.

  • Satellite A30 - ACPI driver missing

    Hello
I have an old A30 that I just installed Win7 on. Everything is fine apart from a missing driver - unknown device ACPI

In Device manager the hardware ID is ACPI\CMP0101

Now this laptop fan lights not bad and she has a random problem to close without reason. I checked the fans and they are clear. In my view, that stops can be connected to this driver missing because it can control the temp/fans that stop it overheating, and then I could be wrong...

I would appreciate any help and advice

    Thanks in advance

    Hello

Are you sure that you want to use Windows 7 on this computer laptop oldie? In my opinion, you should be happy with a preinstalled OS to Toshiba. There are all the drivers and tools pre-installed and you don t have the stress with the driver installation. You can have fun with your laptop :)

As you can see in another thread, you must reinstall Windows to solve this problem:

I shot the driver in the compressed file it upwards and attached it below.

Download and uncompress the file in its folder.  Don't do anything with the files in the folder.

Go to Device Manager and click on the device of coprocessor requiring the driver.

Click the driver tab.  Click on set to update driver.

Select her browse my computer for driver software option and navigate to the driver folder, that you unzipped.

Make sure that the include subfolders is selected and see if the pilot goes like this.

    Restart the PC.

  • 3005 pro MT coprocessor driver for Win7 - 64 bit

Kinda says it all. I have a desktop HP Pro 3005 MT with an AMD X processor 2 245, that I've upgraded to Windows 7 ultimate (64 bit). Everything works well except that the co-processor driver is not installed, and I can't seem to find anywhere (nothing online, pilots,). Apparently, the motherboard has a Nvidia Chipset, and the coprocessor driver should install with that. However, the page Pro 3005 MT drivers don't offer not a Nvidia Chipset driver down load for Windows 7 or any other OS no more. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Added info! The motherboard uses NVIDIA GeForce 9100 chipset

    PROBLEM SOLVED!

Well, for what it's worth, I have finally found the right driver and solved this problem. Apparently, this link goes to a page of drivers HP for the MT 3005 Pro, but this is not the site takes you to when you type the number systen.  Anyway, the question of coprocessor is resolved. Here is a link to the page:

    http://www.driverscape.com/manufacturers/HP/laptops-desktops/HP-Pro-3005-microtower-PC/10307

What you need to do is select the 'Coprocessor' driver in the list of drivers, click it, and then on the next screen scroll version: 5.1.26000208 (327.42 K) and downloaded to your desktop. Once downloaded, unzip it to a known location (I extracted on my desk). Now, on your desktop, go to the cutton to start, right click and go to "Device Manager" option in the upper left corner. Open it and click twice on the icon "coprocessor warning." Select the option "update driver" and guide them to the folder that you extracted the driver. Select the driver and leaves the system to update. Problem solved. Hope this helps someone.
