I have 2 HP Printers, HP 6600 - no problem!  and main printer HP Color LaserJet 1515n

This printer is in a limited network, and each print job, at the end of the job, print a separate page with the following:

    "GET /DevMgmt/DiscoveryTree.xml HTTP/1.1 Host: 127.0.0.1:8080".

HOW ON EARTH CAN I GET RID OF THIS AND THAT WHICH IS THE CAUSE?

Paul, to solve this problem, you must disable the "Notifications of State printer" in the printer driver settings.

To do this, assuming you are using Windows 7, the first thing you need to do is to go into your control panel.

Once there, select 'View devices and printers' under 'hardware and sound '.

Right-click your printer, and then select 'Properties' or 'printer properties '.

Select the "Device settings" tab and you should see the option to turn off 'notifications of State printer '.

If I was helpful, or if you want to say thanks you can click the White Star under my name to give me congratulations.  I really appreciate it!
  • Pages with "GET /DevMgmt/Discoverytree.xml HTTP/1.1" unwanted printing on Laserjet 2015b

I have a HP Laserjet 2015 d in WIN7 (32 bit) with a USB connection.  I keep getting unwanted with pages printing:

    "GET /DEVMgmt/Discoverytree.xml HTTP/1.1".

    "Host: 127.0.02:8080".

I found similar positions to the other HP LaserJet but their repair method did not work for me, because I don't have an option "Printer Status notice" which is noted below.

    --------------

(repair method mentioned in another post for the 2055dn printer)

    Please click on start-->

    Printers and devices-->

    Double-click the printer (PCL 6)

Double click on customize your printer

Click device settings, and then check the list and together following: -.

    Notification of printer status: DISABLED

    Apply

    Ok

There are a LOT of people posting on this problem WITHOUT help from HP support online!

Common problem: using Win7 (32/64 bit) version with current driver from CD.

Install the latest driver from HP.com does NOT solve the problem!

    Any ideas?

    Thank you!

Here is how I solved the problem, at least for me

-Goto printer and select HP 2055dn (currently using "PCL6" pilot)

-Right click and select "printer properties".

    -Goto "the device settings tab.

    -The "Installation Options" settings Goto

    -Duplex: installed

-Notification of printer status: DISABLED CE IS PROBABLY THE CULPRIT!

    Press 'OK' to accept!

This solved the problem, at least for me

    Good luck!

  • More on unwanted Pages print "GET /DevMgmt/Discoverytree.xml HTTP/1.1" on HP 2055dn

I have this same problem with my new P2055dn.  I have studied the problem.  What happens to any driver that I use.  (I now have three people on board, each fully updated.  They are universal, PCL 6, PCL 5 v.5.4, so Microsoft XPS Document Writer).  I also disabled reports in the printer menu.  Yet, I get this printed page several minutes after each print job is finished.  I am running Windows XP.  I really hope that someone can help;  It seems really stupid, and I don't want to have to live with it!

Problem seems to be resolved.  I use the universal driver (No PCM 5 or 6), with reporting disabled.  This is the configuration that I got when I wrote my original post.  I wrote because the printer DID print that report sheet at least once and maybe twice, with this configuration in place.  Multiple print jobs is completed since then, without any additional reports ongoing print!

Given my experience, I suspect that other users will benefit from reviewing the several threads available on this topic.  HP, you must fix this so that the printer works out of the box!

My HP Laserjet Pro cm 1415 cold color MFP printer spits out a fax report after each fax sent.  How can I stop this?  It's wasting my paper.  Please answer in detail.

Check your Fax Setup Wizard to see if you have a check of parameter for a confirmation report after sending a fax.

    Set Fax Wizard:

    Start > programs

HP > HP Fax setup Wizard

See the instructions on the screen to see what that the settings that you set when you configure the fax.

You can also check the Control Panel, under the Fax Menu > Basic or advanced settings and see if there is a parameter that was can be changed to stop this page of the printout.

  • GET printer error /DevMgmt/DiscoveryTree.xml

Anyone received this error message, the /DevMgmt/DiscoveryTree.xml you GET printer? I have a HP Color LaserJet CP2025n

If you're still having problems with printing on both sides, try this:

Devices and printers, click the P2055dn icon, the printer's properties device settings tab.  Scroll to the duplex unit.  If it is set to not installed, click the sentence not installed then installed in the menu dropdown.  Press OK.  After you have selected the print for a specific job, select properties and change print on both sides from no to Yes, lift on or toward Yes Flip.  Most users know to do this last step, but the choice is only there if you have set the duplex unit to installed.  I got this solution a post in another forum.  Good luck.

I am still among those who cannot get the Toolbox and get GET DevMgmt error message, but I can print duplex!

  • BatchModel - 10 loops and save the test report after each complete loop

    Hello everyone,

We are using TestStand 2010 and currently using the BatchModel.seq for a quantity of 4 four DUT in a configuration of Burn-In.  Ten 10 times in a loop sequence of customer.  I wonder if there is a way to save the test at the end of each loop data report and create a new one for each of the loops after that.  Is this possible or I asking me too many software TestStand?  Thanks in advance for your responses to this last post.

    Kind regards

    Scott

    Hi Doug,.

    Thanks for the reply.

I will discuss with my colleague who had a hand in the development of this customer file.  This customer file has been developed mainly by a contractor who works for our client.  These sound options as they will do the trick.  The customer file is used to Burn-In, so there are three levels of testing at three different temperature levels.  We strive to find some possible bugs in the code to that contractor that blocks the client file and all data is lost.  This will at least give us some options of data collection in a way that we should not worry if there is an error during the process and at least keep some data.  Thank you for your reply and if there is anything else, with that we have trouble, I'll post again.

    Kind regards

    Scott

  • CHKDSK reports 4 KB of data in the bad sector after each execution

    Conventional HDD, pata, 2.5 inches.
CHKDSK reports after each race, there are 4 KB of data in bad sectors.
It is the system partition, so the command chkdsk always run on the basis of the sequence
CHKDSK c: /r /f from the Vista installation CD - the Recovery Console.

Where these regular 4 KB in bad sectors of?
Should chkdsk not move them once at the table of bad sectors then
It does not appear in subsequent runs of chkdsk?

Will, all poorly founded and marked areas such as chkdsk in the past
be declared in a subsequent analysis?

My understanding is Yes. Only, I run chksk if I think that a file is corrupted and I need to know why. There is no part of my routine maintenance.

  • HP Officejet Pro 8000 Wireless - print out this partial test page after each print job

I get this page a partial alignment (?) after each print job.  I reinstalled the software, aligned and cleaned print heads, contacts cleaned print head, but still get this page.  Pretty frustrating.

This image, I see that the printer does not align correctly.  If the unit is out of alignment, then the sensors in the printer detects it.  That's why the printer is constantly trying to perform the alignment.

There is a document with the steps to solve this problem.  The document helps walk one by checking the cartridges and the parameters to determine if the problem is software or hardware.  Click here to access the troubleshooting document.

    I hope this helps.

  • M476dw MFP: M476dw goes offline after each print job

My printer is only around the age of 18 months. A few days ago, it is taken offline after each print job. Message in the print queue dialog box indicates that the printer is not connected.

The only way to print is voltage and send the print job after the re-start. But once the work is finished, it turns off online again.

What is going on? And how can I solve this problem? Help, please.

I'm on OS 10.11 on an iMac and a MacBook Pro.

So far so good. I printed TWO documents (woo - hoo!) and the blue wireless light is still on.

I wonder why I had to do the restore anyway.

  • M1212nf hear a beep after each print job

I've had my M1212nf for a few years now.  I moved last week.  I plugged it in to my new place and he started printing and scanning very well.  However, he paged now after each print job.  Clues?

That someone else has proposed to the Board of Directors, I removed the power cord for 30 seconds and reconnected.  Did not help.

In addition, why my scans through the feeder would seem inclined at an angle when pages go through the charger directly and doing well?

SOLVED MY PROBLEM!  Found somewhere that what can happen when a HP printer is connected to a UPS.  I left the plug on the side of battery backup of the inverter to the only protection against overvoltages and the VWALLAH team!
