• Add the word 'project' at a 45 degree angle

  Good day all.

  I try to incorporate the word "PROJECT" on a 45 degree angle on a form that I would send for review. I tried to add to the 'master' page, but of course he's hiding part of the form. Is there a way that this could be done?

  I've solved this by creating an image of the text that I wanted in photoshop, then put it in a field of the image, making sure to send the master key of the image to the back.

• Create a simple target line in a graph

  The only way I can create currently a target line is to create a dummy column and set my target value.  Then put this dummy column in my measurements of rows in my table.  Three issues that I see with this are:

  (1) line is not the entire table from left to right.

  (2) target line is coded in my dimension of color values

  (3) an another annoying thing, the target of title is repeated for each value of the coast

  There must be a way to create a static row that is not based on a dimension and the ability to keep my own legend.

• Create a form of line segments - is it good?

  To create a form of line segments, you need to connect them.  But how (a) do you know or check if two line segments are connected? And (b) how you connect them. Of course, there are the join command. The command join at least well informed me that I need to select two open endpoints (or words to that effect).

  But here's the gist, how do you choose endpoints of the two segments of line that have been snapped between them, such that they are above the other (and in my opinion aren't really endpoints more)? You do not, at least I don't see any way, the trick is to detach the them, create an artificial ditch, then select the two endpoints (anchor points) with the white arrow points, select object-> path-> Join. I doubt that there are many tutorials that describe this method.

  Is this good?

  Select the two units with the direct Selection (white arrow) tool by dragging a box around them and lets merge points in an anchor Cmd/Ctrl-Opt/Alt-Shift-J.

• How to create the variable diagonal line pattern in CS6?

  Hi guys

  I'm at the edge of madness with the creation of my pattern of diagonal lines. I've tried everything I can think of, but the boss is an absolute mess! I want to create a pattern of diagonal lines, but I want the lines to not be uniform. Basically, I had a group of 3 lines and then a separate line on its own, then repeating this like the image below. I used the function of distributing the distances between the lines is the same everywhere. I then turned the all exactly 45 degrees and aligned with the lines to fit in the bounding box in the mode 'as the motive"as shown. Yet, the resulting model is just a mess of the ugliness of overlap. Can all that I want is the model literally watch as it does in the picture on the left, someone you please tell me how to sucessfully this in CS6? Would be eternally grateful!

  Desired design: result:

  Never create a line pattern obliquely. It is not necessary.

  Create the model at 90 ° angle and then use object > transform > Rotate and check the option "Transform Patterns" and enter the angle you are after...

  

  Try to get the slanted lines to match a pattern can take a lot of effort. Where as with this method you can create the pattern and turn it in a few minutes. Let the Illustrator to work for you rather than against you. And, you can rotate to any angle, so the model will work in many ways.

  I want to fill a simple box of diagonal lines. How to make a fill with different widths of line style?

  Ok. So what you want to do is to create a fill pattern. I'll try my best to explain it in terms of cs5 as bosses have changed since then.

  You must first create the lines. Draw two vertical lines high to 1 "ETV 1" out. Select the two lines, and then click object > blend > make. After mixing, click object > blend > mix Options. Check the "Preview" in the lower left. Click the menu drop-down (I believe the default is "smooth color"). Select "specified steps" and enter the values in the dialog box until the lines look appropriate on the other distance. When you are finished, click ok.

  

  Select the blend object, and then click object > break down. In the dialog box, make sure that only the "Subject" box is selected. Click on expand.

  

  at this point, you have a group of selected vertical lines. Rotate 45 group * draw a rectangle around the outer edges of diagonal lines.

  

  now that scale down so that the whole box is inside the diagonal lines.

  

  Select the two objects, and then click object > clipping mask > make

  

  duplicate this object and keep it on the side (because if you need to adjust the width of the line in the future, you will need this). now select the original one and go to your Pathfinder palette and click 'crop '. This gets rid of the clipping mask, so you're left with diagonal lines extended.

  Now drag the object extended/cropped in your Swatches Panel and voila. don't forget to name the new filling of model so that you can identify it (you do not want to have several different models, called 'New model Swatch 1' and 'new shade of motif 2 "etc. etc..)

  If you need to adjust the width of the outline for a different reason, see the duplicate what you did before and isolate the traits to adjust the width of the line and repeat the above steps to crop.

  Recently I was given a shape with four sides to draw, each side is different in size with no angle of 90 degrees in any corner, no point of reference was given either. How we start to draw it?

  I've done Center the two vertical lines horizontally, move the hand to the greatest length, group two verticals and top them aligned in line the longest, low aligned the brevity with the most vertical and slipped past corners until they met. Still they where wrong.

  This is the 6th year school math... You know, trapezoids and parallelograms. Wikipedia and Mathworld are your friends... Pythagoras' Theorem, triangles and law of Sines, you know...

• How to include check boxes for alternating line fill?

  I tried allowing alternating filling line before and after adding a column with checkboxes, but it just does not work - the entire column "will not participate" in the alternation of filler as all other columns don't. How can I make it work?

  Worked for me.

  I inserted a new table 'ordinary' in an existing document to format a cell as a checkbox column, then clicked on the button in the Inspector to Format table, clicked on the alternative line color box, click on the color wheel and used the RGB sliders to set a color for the alternate rows (pairs).

  

  Note that I started with a "plain" table and that it did not apply fills all cells except through alternative line color. Any color fill applied to the cells will substitute the color defined by collour alternative line.

• I created my worksheet for line in alternation but number colors keep alternating as I had stored it. What Miss me?

  I have the latest version of OS X and numbers. I followed the instructions for line alternating colors but numbers using just the color or shade that was in the previous row. I'm puzzled!

  Select the table, then select all of the cells, then open cell formatter and make sure that the filling is not activate.  Look at the lower right of each of the screenshots.

  Cell fill color, White value, then no other line if on same shading in Table formatter:

  It is not called BCD. It's just a different range (0-16383) for the same meaning (0-359, 99 °)...

  I am creating a project of cordova webworks from the command line. I run the following command:

  WebWorks create f:\devroot\NEXT_GEN\MobileApp\WebWorks2\MyApp com.joe.myApp MyApp

  However, it fails with the following error message:

  {[Error: check incorrect header] errno:-3, code: "Z_DATA_ERROR"}

  It seems to me that its attempts to download a tar.gzip drop of github (url below), but this file does not exist:

  URL: https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=cordova-app-hello-world.git;a=snapshot;h=v2.0.0.54;sf=tgz

  So I'm not sure that my project directory is set up correctly. What is contained in this folder which its trying to find in the remote repository and is it relevant to my application?

  I can see my project directory in the space provided. It contains the following folders:

  ".cordova', 'merge', 'platforms', 'plugins' and 'www '.

  ".cordova" contains a subfolder 'hooks' which, in turn, contains about 24 cases being with 'after' or 'before' (e.g.after_build, before_build), it seems to be empty. It also contains a config.json that contains the attributes id and name of the project. Do any other necessary information in config.json?

  All other folders are empty.

  Is any other thing missing? should there be a config.xml file created for me in the directory "www" for example?

  Just add a config.xml file myself? Y at - it information about the correct structure for the config.xml file in webworks 2.0?

• Why the form I created automatically t complete line down?

  I created a form with columns. People filling out the form in one of the columns, enter an x to indicate the status of the project (to come, on the target, behind, not known.) All fields are working well except one. In this special column "not known", it automatically fills all columns with a 'x '. No idea why and how can I fix it?

  In this case, make sure that your fields have a unique name. The fields with the same name will automatically have the same value.

• Free transform creates a thin white line

  With the help of 2015.0.1.  When I turn a picture to extend the other edge of the selection moves slightly creating a line white or clear.  This selection border has not moved in the previous version of photoshop (just not checked no line).  Anyone have any ideas?
