After much research, it was clear that the question was a mapping problem caused by plugging the hard drive in the unit of Samsung Media and my MacBook could read is no longer. I ended up using Disk Warrior and it was set to 100% less than an hour. No need to format or restore data to another drive.

  It s nothing unusual that some DVDs are not totally compatible and CD/DVD players cannot write data correctly
  I had this problem in the past and could solve this test and using different DVD.
