Creation of Blu - ray causes windows crash blue screen

I'm testing the first Elements 7 for the creation of better quality DVD and Blu ray discs. Source is AVCHD 1920x1080i and I managed to create a number of DVD and a Bluray without problem. My last try creating a Bluray disc failed at about 98%, burn underway with an error of the device. As a result, a windows blue screen crash. Much more worrisome is that if I re - insert the BD RE disc in my PC to erase it and start over, he immediately requested a windows blue screen crash, so I assume that the disk is in ruins. I've used Premiere Pro, Ulead and more recently Cyberlink Power Director and Sony Vegas. The quality of images DVD produced by the Prime Minister is far superior and the output Bluray was also excellent. CyberLink has proved to be a flat good package of the poor quality of the re-output stream. Sony Vegas Pro seems the only one to recognize raw images of AVCHD and choose of does not recompress it! The version of Movie Studio does not seem to do that, however, I only got a limited trials go. I narrowed my choice to upgrade to Adobe first, or the cheaper 7 elements that fits my needs for the home movies, however, has a major accident of windows, that I never tend to get scared me. Why o why is there not a burn to the option of hard drive for creation concerning the Bluray DVD? Someone has a similar problem - any ideas as to what I might try?

A situation of BSOD normally indicates something is not systemicly with the computer. It may be a software (usually BONES), or related equipment.

The first thing I would do would be to gather all the info on your system and full list OS, version, updates, etc. and all material specifications. Something in these lists might be a clue.

Then I would look carefully at the observer of events, in particular the tabs system and Applications. Look for the yellow warning at the time of the BSOD messages and especially the red error messages. It might be easier to invoke a BSOD, so that you know the exact time and date of the accident. Carefully consider each yellow and each message in red. Many might not give much useful info, but some could talk you a lot about what happens and can even give you the cause. Please explore all the links that are provided in each of these messages. They should take you on either the website of MS, or on the site of a software or hardware of the company. These will probably be where you will collect the most important data.

Here's what to look for in the event viewer:

Give us all the details which is is found.

Also, see this LINK. The video is a little long, but will provide you with a lot of troubleshooting advice and also tools of notes MS. Make of these tools and their use.

Good luck

    Hello Joel S

I had already tried this and it was not a hardware failure. I ran chkdsk and the player revealed a good with no bad sectors. I also use Belarc COMPUTER management systems that manages the health of smart HDs (HDs most have this 'Intelligent' ability). The problem was some legacy software that I thought that I had taken when I did a removal of the program. He left 5 pieces of something that is called «online...» "I found it using Malwarebytes, and he was buried deep in the registry. The program was "Cliffs of Dover" a stream online to run the program. Once you have downloaded the game was the only way to use it online, which took 20-30 minutes to load and once loaded would break your system if you have tried to play. Shame, it's a beautiful CFS, but way to buggy.

In any case, removed from the basket with Malwarebytes and every thing works fine. No more accidents.

  • Graphics card causing Windows Crash?

    Hello
So I've had this problem for awhile now...
I'll be on the desktop and to watch a movie in Media player when all of a sudden my PC would freeze and then get a message saying that my video driver has stop responding and was recovered and sometimes youtube video video/everything on the web is just green. After having this problem for a few weeks I thought I was my driver and decided to uninstall it and stick to what the windows update driver gives me.

Now on the windows version of the driver, my PC always freezes, but instead of him recovering, I get a blue screen of death.

Anyone has idea, is my card dying.
I don't really seem to have problem tho when you play a little here and there.

I insert my crash report, but I'm new here and I have no idea.

and decided to uninstall it and stick to what windows update give me driver.

You better go to the manufacturers support website for your specific PC brand/model and download the latest drivers compatible to them.

If you have tried without joy, or it was a PC built at home, then go to for your specific graphics card manufacturers website and download the most recent supported (not beta) drivers for your specific graphics card.

  • HP Pavilion dm4: graphics driver Intel & AMD causing Windows Crash

    Hello.

    My laptop is

HP Pavilion dm4-3107tx Beats Edition Entertainment Notebook PC.   I tried to install the graphics drivers from this link:

    http://support.HP.com/ph-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-Pavilion-DM4-3100-beats-Edition-entertainment-not...

but I could not install the graphics card intel. It is said that the cell does not meet the minimum requirements of the graphics driver.

I also tried to install AMD and he did. But every time that I reboot, Windows startup crashes.

I also noticed that results for starting blocked when I recently updated my Windows, including the update for the driver intel which I have not yet installed (because I know that once I did, I do a lot of recovery and repair of the system for the umpteenth time).

And now I feel really stressed out about it because I've been formatted my laptop for the second time, and the last time it was with the release of the pilot intel. I was stuck again started back and I got really tired of him.

I really need help with that.

What I have to install ALL the drivers in the link before installing graphics drivers to ensure that graphics drivers will install?

    Hi @katrinahahaha,

    Thank you for your query.

I understand that you have a problem installing your graphics drivers.  After formatting the drive and installation of the Intel graphics driver, you have a problem starting.  Did you use the Recovery Manager to format and reinstall Windows 7?

You only need to install the driver AMD of the HP driver page because it contains the two pilots.  Please try this process:

    • Uninstall and remove two graphic drivers
    • Restart your laptop
    • Run the HP Support Assistant to help find and install the graphics drivers
    • You can also after the uninstall, remove the driver and restart, download and install just the driver AMD.

    HP Support Assistant

If this problem persists, try removing both drivers and using the Recovery Manager to install the drivers:

Computers HP - using Recovery Manager to restore the software and drivers (Windows 7)

Please let me know the results.

  • Cisco VPN Client causes a blue screen crash on Windows XP Pro (Satellite M30)

    Hello

I have a Satellite Pro M30 running Windows XP Professional.

After you start a vpn Tunnel via a customer of Cisco VPN (Version 4.6 and 4.7), the system crashes with a blue screen.

I see that the key exchange is successful, but immediately after the vpn connection is established Windows XP crashes with a blue screen.

Someone has any idea how to solve this problem?

Perhaps by the updated device driver? And if so, which driver should be updated?

    Kind regards

    Hello

Well, it seems that the Cisco client is a problem.
I m unaware of this product because it of not designed by Toshiba.
I think that the drivers are not compatible with the Windows operating system.

  • By clicking on the firefox icon causes the blue screen crash

It started Friday, February 25, at mid-day. The only changes to the system this morning there were a plugin Adobe Flash player or Shockwave update, I'm not sure and an update on the Office of Scottrade Elite trading app. Two of these changes took place around 0900. The problems began around 1130, when the system, Windows 7 Home Premium had a blue screen crash. Therefore, I uninstalled each of the applications mentioned. I can't open Firefox to work on plugins, because whenever I click on the icon I get a crash blue screen with the words "Failure of Page in the nonpaged area" at the top. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the Firefox application with no clear beneficial effect. Scottrade trading app has been reinstalled and working well, causing no other probs.

    Hi all

I have just recived an e-mail from mrcart and I think it is very likely that his problems were caused by "Iolo System Mechanic Pro":

    http://answers.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/Forum/Windows_7-system/Windows-7-crashes-with-blue-screen-when-running/3e72f5e2-0d59-4946-8050-401a397e2911

"Windows 7 crashes with blue screen during the execution of IE8, 'page in the nonpaged area failure'...
What this shows is that the ampse.sys driver is the cause of the crash.
The ampse.sys is a driver for System Mechanic Pro.
System Mechanic Pro has been known to cause problems in Windows 7...

  • Blue screen crashes and Windows error CRQL

Hello. I'm not well-versed in computers, but here is what happens:

Since June, I've had several accidents with the blue screen noting CRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (Yes, CRQL, no IRQL level), and they are producing at closer intervals. I also notice some changes of office and some sounds to open files that are not have happened before. I run antivirus and malware and found nothing. I did a disk cleanup and defragmentation.

I do not know how to open the dump files, but I have those. I also tried to install via Windows updates and everything seems to date. I ran Windows Startup Repair and got the following note:

    Root Cause found.

Unknown bug control: one error checking.

    Parameters = 0 x 0, 0x817dc32c, 0x820e8114, 0 x 0.

After the last crash, I got a message saying that Windows is aware of the problem and trying to fix it. Any ideas?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Vista and Windows 7 updated drivers love then here's how update largest. Reference to Vista also applies to Windows 7

It's my generic how updates of appropriate driver: (updating the video/display driver and BIOS)

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded: run DriverView - see
Hide Microsoft drivers - updated those without drain in their names. (Also update BIOS and drivers from the chipset.)

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system. For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver, description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common. Control Panel device - graphics card configuration-manager - note the brand and complete model of your graphics driver - double-click - tab - write version information. Now, click the driver update (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then do a right click - Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party with their own software and drivers and the other main device drivers you have.

Now go to the website of the manufacturer of system (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) (restoration), then site of the manufacturer of the device (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Review of the BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system while there).

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - tab drivers version you install actually shows up. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (particularly that audio drivers) so install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat if necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW on device at the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER - manually check by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.
    http://pcsupport.about.com/od/driverssupport/HT/driverdlmfgr.htm

Installation and update of drivers under Windows 7 (updated drivers manually using the methods above is preferable to ensure that the latest drivers from the manufacturer of system and device manufacturers are located)
    http://www.SevenForums.com/tutorials/43216-installing-updating-drivers-7-a.html

If you update the drivers manually, then it's a good idea to turn off the pilot facilities in Windows updates, that leaves is to Windows Update, but it will not install the drivers who are generally older and cause problems. If updates offers a new driver and then hide it (right click on it), then go get new ones manually if you wish.

original title: Blue error screen, accident of death caused by drivers: ntoskrnl.exe, Wdf01000.sys and tcpip.sys

I currently own an Aura of Alienware Dell, it's an amazing computer. The only problem is that I had a lot of problems, I was able to permanently fix all except this issue. I'll randomly crash blue screen, usually it doesn't happen often and it is normally not triggered by something specific, rarely it will crash at startup. I was able to download an application that can read the cache/dump blue screen crashes:

    34 accidents

    one was caused by Wdf01000.sys

three was a result of tcpip.sys

and all the rest of ntoskrnl.exe

I don't know what caused it, I've had this computer for about a year now and I've never had this problem before. I don't remember an update of the cause, or by downloading any strange apps, downloads or viruses. (I had wiped my computer about 3 months ago)

I don't know too much about software,

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hi bloo532,

    1. what application did you use to read dump files?

    2. did you of recent changes on the computer?

It resembles that of the driver on the computer is causing the blue screen.

Check if the problem persists in safe mode.

Start your computer in safe mode

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/start-your-computer-in-safe-mode

Restart the computer to return to normal mode

Also make sure that all drivers are up to date on the computer.
