Creative Cloud app displayed no file Menu or apps in Windows 10

At the launch of creative cloud it opens in white with just the heading creative cloud in white text on a black background. Do not display applications.

My computer Windows 10 meets all of the minimum requirements for creative Cloud applications and I have reinstalled several times creative cloud with the same result. All the FAQ seems to relate to the Pre-windows 10 and/or have windows settings which I am not comfortable with piracy. He can't possibly be hard otherwise no use CC apps.

  • My creative cloud app will not open. Updated last week

My creative cloud app will not open. It updated last week. It says program close app does not. I went to different menus to help and try to delete these files specified such as AAMUpdater, OOBE and OOBE1 and then start the creative menu cloud app. Have always the same message that "program does not - close the program." I don't know what to do now. Fortunately, Photoshop still works and I don't want to update now while there are updates available. I don't know what to do.

Finally, I put on my backup from 11/02/16 who had an older version of the CCA on it. After the backup, he updated and now it opens. Why none of the fixes worked? I lost last night and today all on it. It would not have been so boring if at least one of the fixes had worked.

  • Creative cloud apps does not appear...

Creative cloud apps is TOTALLY NO MONTRANT at ALL, he has only the HOME COMMUNITY, ASSETS,

and I tried to do things other people have done (gosh, a lot of people have this problem and Adobe SERIOUSLY needs to find a way to solve this problem)

I went to administrator/Appdata/Local/Adobe and I can find the files: (AAMUpdater), (Acrobat), (CameraRaw), (color), (InDesign), (Lightroom) and (OOBE).

First I tried to change the OPM.db to OPM.db.old, and nothing happened.

I wanted to change from false to true in the xml file in the Configs folder, but I couldn't find any Configs folder in OOBE folder.

What should I do? I spend so many hours on this problem and I can't totally NOTHING!

Please give me a solution T_T

    BTW, I use Windows 10

I had a similar problem on my Mac right after that the app Creatvice cloud, automatically updated itself. I solved the problem by uninstalling the application using the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool. Then I downloaded a new installer and reinstalled the creative application of cloud. • 'Creative Cloud.app' is not found.

    Hello

I tried to install the creative desktop application cloud on my MacBook Pro, everything went very well through the installation process, but when I tried to open the client I got the following error: "Creative Cloud.app is not found.". I sure can't uninstall either because it is said that he "couldn't uninstall creative cloud desktop" because I still have some creative Cloud Applications installed on my computer, which is correct, but means I have to manually also lose all of the creative Cloud customer desktop folder to the trash, and IE problems itself. I don't want to mess with the system either files... don't want to ruin the CC apps too...

Support and assistance will be greatly appreciated.

  • Creative Cloud App for desktop does not open

I've migrated all my files over my old laptop.  The cloud files transferred so creative.  When I went to open creative cloud for the office, it has not been started.  I have redownloaded, uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, etc several times and nothing doesn't seem to start the program.  Uninstalls include all creative cloud apps.  When I click the icon in the Finder, nothing happens.  Don't know what I can do.  Running Mac 10.11.

Meganj81490274, then it is likely that you can use the option I discussed earlier and this time only proceed with the migration of your documents and settings.

As an alternative, I would recommend contacting our team of assistance directly to Contact the customer for direct assistance with the removal of the files migrated from the previous installation.
