If the links above do not help, try cleaning remove the creative cloud application and put it back:
(1) uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop Manager:
Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application
(2) remove the rest of the files:

C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Application Manager

Creative Cloud applications can open all the versions of the CS files?

My apologies if this question is answered elsewhere. I am considering a subscription to CC for either InDesign only or the entire suite. Can someone please confirm if CC applications can only open files from some earlier versions and if so, which?

The ID should be able to open just about any file to CS2, but you may lose some components, as for example the paths of clipping and manipulation of transparency have changed over the years. Same thing would be true for Illustrator - stuff can be expanded or render differently. PS files must be compatible with any version as long as they were saved with maximum compatibility settings.

When I want to shut down the pc, I always have a message and must close the creative application Cloud by force (I don't know the passage of law).

This seems like a minor issue, so I recommend leaving her alone and allowing victory to force her to stop.
You can also open your Preferences cc dialog box and not start cc when you connect if this prompt mind. Just run the application cc, at most once a month.

Whenever I open a creative cloud application adobe (such as Photoshop, Flash, AfterEffects etc.) it takes so long to open, and then after a few seconds, it freezes and I have to close the application ("force quit"). What happens here? Thank you

Creative Cloud Application Manager does not open
After some problems with the first CC I had to remove and reinstall. He moved back to version 7.0. After a reboot of my system, I see that creative cloud isn't the automatic opening at startup. I'm going to open Creative Cloud Application Manager to update and it does not open. The creative cloud icon bounces a few times then disappears. Mac HD > Applications > utilities > Adobe Installers
Then run the cleanup tool and remove any cloud creative associates

I had tried many suggestions for the disc turns, but it still not open.
What I finally did was to uninstall all of my Adobe programs. I thought that I had these programs creative cloud. I started creative cloud and its opening. I downloaded programs I wanted with a glitch. Each program loaded at 85% and stopped. I had to reboot to get it to get.
