  Hello my creative cloud application is empty and showing only white, I can't update or no matter what I tried to re-isntal and nothing and I'm trying to update also via photoshop and also says, if I try to update via photoshop I get this Adobe Application Manager is required to solve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of Application Manager of 'http://www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager'.  but I also can't help using the application manager

  Follow the procedure below:

  N ° 1)

  Adobe Application Manager trash from Applications > utilities.

  Step 2)

  Click on the link below and download Adobe Application Manager and install the same.

  Once the installation is complete, a niche will disappear.

  Then open " Applications" folder and locate the launch of Adobe Application Manager icon and double-click it and update.

  Check the system requirements. Apps being not not available means that you do not fullfill all criteria.

  If it's all programs of cc,

  Uninstall (properly using the uninstall programs) all cc

  clean through the use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems

  Restart your computer

  Reinstall the cc desktop application, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use the app to install your programs of cc.

• How many computers can I use creative Cloud applications?

  In the FAQ here Creative Cloud help | Creative cloud / common Questions it says I can install and activate the software on two machines.

  However, when I try to activate the software on computer2, I get "no subscriptions available. It is enabled only on a single machine right now.

  So basically, I'm wondering if the FAQ is wrong, or if I did something wrong?

  Note: I am a member of a 'team' as my company is the entity that purchased the subscription. Do not know if it matters...

• Try to download again CS6 creative cloud. My creative cloud application will show all previous versions of the applications.

  I'm trying to download Encore CS6 creative cloud. When I filter the apps to view previous versions of the programs, "Edge animate CC" and "Gaming SDK" are the only apps that appear. I guess there are many more previous versions of apps that should appear, including Encore CS6. I just updated my creative cloud application. My co-workers have also updated their app CC, but they are able to download CS6 still very well the 'previous versions' filter. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

  Please try this-

  1 leave the CC desktop application by clicking on the 'Tools' icon (top-right) and choose Exit on the menu drop down.

  2. go in C:\Users\\AppData*\Local\Adobe and rename the folder to OOBE.old OOBE.

  Launch application Office CC again.

  * AppData is a hidden folder.

  Let me know the results.

  I'm trying to uninstall a single creative cloud application, specifically Photoshop CS6, however, the only items listed in Add/Remove programs is creative cloud. I use Windows 8.1 and all applications are listed under the creative cloud application.  Is their a request repair or another method to uninstall unwanted applications.

  Alltehscreennamesareunava do you use some type of registry cleaner and system optimizer that can have already deleted the entry?  Also to confirm that you are looking in programs and features and not add/remove programs?

  I would recommend also reviewing CC Office lists the applications as "up to date" when not installed - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html dealing with behaviors similar to what you are experiencing.

  The Creative cloud only window the list programs that the system is able to run.  If some are missing, this may mean that the system does not meet the minimum requirements to run the applications.

  You cannot install previous versions with a trial.  You must have a subscription.
