I now get a message "You have been disconnected" whenever I try to connect to the desktop creative cloud application.
I tried without success to the following:
- Uninstall and then reinstall the creative cloud application.
- Rename the OOBE centenarians OOBE folder.
- The deletion of all in the SLCache.
All of these answers have been proposed on these forums or support. None have worked.
I'm on a composition of the team.
I am currently using Adobe Creative Suite CS5.5.
I am on a Mac in the Mavericks (OSX 10.9).
Nothing seems to work and I was forwarded from one Department to the thing of support chat window.
Someone for the love of God, please help.
I would like to share with you the solution that worked for me.
It's the walkthrough, I followed, guided by Tariq to the live Adobe chat service:
1: open Activity monitor of spotlight and end partner Adobe all processes. You can find the process as AAMupdater, AAMupdater notify, Adobe crash the daemon process.
2: Open a window in the Finder, select go > go to folder option, type in ~/Library and press to enter.
3: now navigate to Application Support/Adobe/OOBE /... folder.
4: delete the opm under OOBE.
5: OOBE and rename it OOBEold.
6: Check if you have AAMupdater in the same place.
7: Please rename it to AAMupdaterold.
8: click on icon on the desktop creative cloud gear application and choose leave Creative Cloud.
9: then launch, connect, and click on the applications tab.

Whenever I open a creative cloud application adobe (such as Photoshop, Flash, AfterEffects etc.) it takes so long to open, and then after a few seconds, it freezes and I have to close the application ("force quit"). What happens here? Thank you
If it's all programs of cc,
Uninstall (properly using the uninstall programs) all cc
clean through the use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems
Restart your computer
Reinstall the cc desktop application, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use the app to install your programs of cc.

Whenever I open a PDF or Illustrator Adobe Creative cloud forces me to the connection and the software license. What's supposed to happen? I thought that once I had the license I could use it without that irritating delay.

Second, I pay for the second, third, I couldn't download the indesign cc (which I need at this time because they require the serial number). I have already produced cs6. is this technical problem in adobe or what?

Reinstall a creative cloud application?
Hi all
I had some trouble connecting my adobe account and my typekit account. Recently, I got all sorted and wanted to reinstall photoshop cs6 creative cloud. However, whenever I opened the customer (I'm on Mac OS X), I don't see a way to uninstall photoshop.
So, I just deleted from / applications, thinking that maybe the client programmatically looked here to see what has been installed, etc. Unfortunately, it does not solve my problem, and I still have to download photoshop.
Any ideas how to reinstall it from the creative clouds? I could not find a way to do it.

To reinstall a creative cloud application:
- Make sure that the previous version is uninstalled. On a Mac (not sure about Windows), as Bartholomew said:
1. go in Applications > utilities > Adobe Installers - this folder contains the programs uninstaller for all Adobe applications that are installed on the machine.
2. double-click the application uninstaller and follow the steps to execute it.
2 reinstall the application:
1. open Adobe Application Manager
The installation option should now be available to the application.2. click on install to reinstall the application.

Error 1002 when installing the desktop creative cloud application
I too am a very frustrated Adobe user. I use a Macbook Pro with 10.10.5 as the operating system.
My problem is the same that many other people, I am unable to upgrade Creative Cloud Desktop to the 3.8.0310 version and still get error 1002 to the 2% mark. I have tried virtually all the "stuff" in the book, those recommended by Adobe and those blogs, and nothing works. I have even directly connected to my internet provider, without going through my wi - fi modem and using their connection broadband.
Up to what Adobe ceased to provide Direct download links, I was able to update my software. My problem has always been that Creative Cloud Desktop will put not to date to the next version, and what happened on my first Mac as well. If Adobe wants to stop direct links, so why can he not at least make sure that the application works 100% of the time for 100% of its loyal customers. You are deflected us Adobe with your policies, especially now that many people use other software that may not be as powerful as Adobe programs, but at least they are reliable.

Pleiades_k that you have received error messages when you perform the steps mentioned above? He was facing difficulties to locate the OOBE folder?
I would recommend that you run the utility for uninstalling desktop available creative cloud application during the uninstall of the desktop Adobe Creative cloud application , and then try to reinstall the updated version.

Sad to see this, go... I live in the mountains and have a slow and unreliable internet connection...
OK Please feel free to post any errors you are receiving Traderjaybird. Many of the newer versions use new download and installation of technology. In particular, this technology allows downloads smaller and more robust. The installation is also optimized to download and install the components required, leading to faster installations. Is one of the advantages of this new technology better compensate for unstable or unreliable Internet connections.

This seems like a minor issue, so I recommend leaving her alone and allowing victory to force her to stop.
