But it's frozen on the "cancellation of...» "and don't move. I use a mac, I can't redownload until it is gone from the top of the cloud.   So I recently downloaded CC and everything worked well, I was bored and I wanted to move my files adobe of my ssd to a normal drive.  I couldn't, so I re - install Creative cloud only to get "download error. Please contact customer support. "I proceed with the removal of the AAMupdater as well as rename just to end up deleting the opm.db file.  And yet I still get the error. (I also try to do reinstall completely still no luck)

  In the case that your desktop screen is empty (no), please try the following steps.

  • Run the Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys together.
  • Go to file > new task
  • Run: explorer.exe

  Please share the results after you perform these steps, I hope that this would take over your desktop icons.
