But it's frozen on the "cancellation of...» "and don't move. I use a mac, I can't redownload until it is gone from the top of the cloud.   Click the "Finder" on your dock to Open a Finder window. Click on 'Applications' in the side bar of the Finder window to see your Mac applications. In this folder, double-click the folder "utilities". Double-click the "Activity Monitor" icon to access the application.

  Now exit Adobe all associates of process as creative cloud, CC, CCX, Core sync, broker CIB Adobe and then launch creative cloud app again and try to download Acrobat.

  Copy 2) guests of the file on the desktop and even open with Notepad.

  So I recently downloaded CC and everything worked well, I was bored and I wanted to move my files adobe of my ssd to a normal drive.  I couldn't, so I re - install Creative cloud only to get "download error. Please contact customer support. "I proceed with the removal of the AAMupdater as well as rename just to end up deleting the opm.db file.  And yet I still get the error. (I also try to do reinstall completely still no luck)

  In the case that your desktop screen is empty (no), please try the following steps.

  • Run the Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys together.
  • Go to file > new task
  • Run: explorer.exe

  Please share the results after you perform these steps, I hope that this would take over your desktop icons.
