Creative cloud hijacked my software. Yes, you see that correctly.

Early last year, I was lucky enough to be able to afford to buy the entire disk of the CS6 program. I install the software on my computer, knowing that it was the best money software could buy for editing photographs.

A few months later, I joined CC thought it would be beneficial to my business. However, after a few months in my subscription, I realized that I was not using that I thought I could. Therefore, I was paying for a subscription to something that I've ever used. I tried to cancel my subscription with no result and just decided to wait outside and uninstalled the CC of my Mac application.

Fast forward to June of this year, and the time has come to renew my subscription. I called Adobe and was able to cancel the subscription renewal. The cancellation went through June 18. However, the headache was apparently just beginning.

I tried to open Photoshop last night to put some finishing touches on some photos for customers when a window appeared. This window told me that I could not open Photoshop until I renewed my subscription via CC. Keep in mind that Photoshop has been installed when I installed CS6 that I bought and I uninstalled the CC app from my Mac months ago.

I recently spoke with someone at Adobe, who told me that my software was not taken hostage by CC and more that probably I need to reinstall the software if I had the disc for CS6. At present, I'm locked out of software that I bought because I did not renew a subscription.

How is - this somehow just for me? What can I do to avoid having to reinstall all the programs within the CS6, if I never use again? I was so crazy about this whole situation, because no one seems to understand or can help. Adobe has my hands tied for no reason.

How we stop to resume my perpetual license CS6 creative cloud?
