Creative cloud insists on my trial has expired - but I have a subscription!
I'll try to make it as concise as possible!
* I have two machines - an iMac and a MacBook Air
* I did a fresh install of my Air in may or and at some point downloaded a demo for Lightroom 5 and has used a bit
* LR6/CC is out and I decided to dive to the pack of photographers on my iMac, and everything is all right there
* I log on the Air and download Lightroom and it puts me in trial mode
* The trial has now expired and it refuses to work. I followed a link that shows the signature of the app, application cloud etc and this does nothing.
* I uninstalled 5 (with AppCleaner) and CC (with the cloud App) and no difference
* If I click on buy next to the test expired in the application of cloud, need me through the packages page. If I click on 'Buy' it tells me that I already have this pack.
Any suggestions as to what I can try? It's frustrating to seriously.

My lightroom says that my trial has expired, but I have never had a trial. I bought Lightroom 6 (CD version only, office) and installed on my computer. Now I can't import pictures and it'e telling me my trial happened to expire. Help, please.
License with the serial number of the disk, which is usually inside the box.

Follow the procedure below:
(1) right click on the Finder on dock icon and select the option "Go - To Folder."
(2) you will get a text box, type in below mentioned command and then press 'return './ etc
(3) it opens the etc folder, please search for the file named ""host " and copy the same office screen.it"
(4) double click on the Hosts file, it will open it with TextEdit.
Let me know if you see any Adobe related as entries in the Hosts file 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com... etc?

Downloaded cloud of CS of the trial, the trial has expired but did not continue, the time to be happy with CS5.5. Now my Acrobat doesn't work, decided to reload all the software, while downloading, an error appears: exit all applications: SafariCloudHisto, why can I not proceed with the download, quit all programs that are restarted, everything always the same message. Any thoughts there?

I recently changed the laptops on my old laptop I downloaded after payment of the annual fee for her photoshop and lightroom. Since the evolution of the laptop when I connect it it says my trial has expired, but I paid and it won't let me download. Lightroom opens just enough to add a watermark and photoshop, not at all. I need to know how to download both I paid and that they were working on my other laptop

CC? You open the CC desktop application and connect to it.
CS6... you go to the help topic, and activation is one of the options below.

CC says my LR trial has expired, but I pay $9.99 monthly for the LR / PS of photography plan, what happens on LR has disabled the develop module but PS works fine. I connect only a couple had a week to CC that has something to do with it?

I bought a student year plan to use the creative cloud to do my homework. But whenever I try to use the software, it still says my trial has expired and I need to buy the actuarial software. I don't understand, I paid plan student for one year, why I still use the trial. Now I can't even use it on my Mac. I have homework due next week. I really need help!

How do I get a message from Adobe that my trial has failed, but he said his expired? How does adobe think they get any business or money out of me with this model? also, not being able to send everyone is ridiculous, I don't know if this message will happen to someone who can help me. I will NOT buy a membership with adobe like that, the way things are set up here, now, all I can do to help on this site, is a forum for questions and answers, useless.
Adobe if you want my business, and I don't have a LOT, I won't buy one of your products until I can try them and then be able to communicate with someone or call someone for help if I need it. Adobe you many think of your business model is robust, but it won't make a penny from me.

I tried lightroom 5 on someone elses computer for a few minutes and it looked good, but with the way you do your thing here its impossible for me consider parting with all species for your products, unless you come to the party and help.

Muse of the reports that my trial has expired, but reports that he is paid and up to date
I have Adobe Muse CC on my Mac. When I log into my account, my Muse subscription is paid. When I opened the Muse CC on my Mac, I get an error that my trial has expired.
I'm not sure how to get the two to sync so I can continue to use my Muse.
Any ideas? 24/7 chat support has not been available for more than 36 hours.

Please try to uninstall Muse > disconnect from creative cloud > reconnect and install Muse.
I hope that this should fix the problem. If still not corrected if please click the link below to Chat and call option with Technical Support.

Trial has expired, but I'm a paying customer!
I installed Photoshop of CC (after buying a monthly subscription), and it opens up Photoshop as a trial. Now, the trial has expired and I am still paying for it but not able to use it. I continue to try to discuss with a representative of Adobe, but can't seem to be able to. Help, please!

Creative cloud I'm on trial for membership but I am charged.
So I bought photoshop using an account, then a few more late decided months I also need illustrator, I wanted only the two and I think I must have hurt to try to buy it as a single application using the same account, so I created another account and I bought illustrator as a single application (probably an error). Illustrator installed fine and I used it, but the creative cloud that was installed with my first account dealt with in as being under a trial subscription. Now, the trial has ended, I was charged twice for Illustrator and I can't open it more, he always tells me that I need for liscense. I could cancel and then try again to liscense it on my first account, but cancellation fees are £85 or something crazy. Does make sense to anyone, does anyone have a problem like this? I guess I have shot myself in the foot.
