Creative cloud is not updated

Hello

I am a subscriber of creative cloud with all adobe applications and for 2 months, I can't update all apps.

I tried the solution of uninsatlling / install creative cloud and also one of the applications (I've not won / install Adobe Indesign) and I still have the same error message:

    I use Mac OS X EL Capitan 10.11.5

    I subscribe to creative cloud for photographers.

    Everything was going well until I noticed that the ikon creative cloud appear not in my top page wright conner. I tried to update on adobe.com, and I noticed that the window of the creative cloud will disappear during the update. When I checked the process in activity monitor, it will show that it does not, and then it just closes.

    I tried to download the new creative application but during installation that it give me error 86 - a different version of the creative cloud is running. Then I tried to uninstall the creative cloud together. It allows me to do, it is said that the other application use it yet. I uninstalled Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge, everything I could... Same question.

    Then I fallow instruction from the help topics to go to Applications - Adobe installation and noticed that all the things in this folder are seen "Alias" in the types of requests, and I can't do anything.

    Now I'm stuck. If I try to load the creative cloud from Applications, it says "Application"Creative cloud is not open more"I can't update, I can't delete it, I have no more than Lightroom or Photoshop...

    In this case, please uninstall creative cloud and rename all the files Adobe After taking the backup of your files / plugins.

    Please see the link to rename / remove folders from Adobe After the creation of the back to the top (do not forget: it will remove also all old if installed Adobe applications): Remove already installed the Adobe application files. Mac OS X

    1) click on the Finder and search options listed next to icon located Apple in the upper left of the screen and click on the "Go" menu button and select 'utilities '.

    (Applications > Utiliites)

    Look for a CC Adobe and Adobe Application Manager folder under utility window and trash both folders.

    Trash Adobe Creative cloud from Applications Eh well.

    3)

    (1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select the option "Go-ToFolder.

    (2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. (Don't miss ~ symbol)

To upgrade to the latest version of Lightroom for use with your creative cloud membership, exit Lightroom, launch the creative cloud application and click the button 'Install' next to Lightroom 5.  It doesn't have the button 'Install' next to Lightroom 5.  What should I do?

    I was able to update once I signed of cloud creative and back as he showed the LightRoom CC with the installation option.  I was not seeing this until I disconnected and back in.  Thanks for your time to help with my situation.

    When I open the creative cloud application, I have an update message is available and have the choice of update or to immediately stop the application.     I actually have the CC desktop application installed for a while.
