Creative cloud keeps me logoff.
Hello
Whenever I have connect creative cloud or try to connect then the opening of the loading circle program appears for a second and then the message "you have been disconnected.
I changed my password once or twice and done everything that the Adobe website will ask do me to solve this problem. But none of these solutions have worked.
I tried to call Adobe and ended up listening to elevator music for 60 minutes waiting for someone to answer.
This may be linked to the notch on the Adobe database a few days ago.
In addition, my subscription is current.

Please follow the steps mentioned below:
- Close the creative cloud application.
- Navigate to the OOBE folder.
- Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
- Mac OS: /Users/ [user name] / folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE
- Delete the file opm.db.
- Launch the creative cloud.

PS Install creative cloud keeps failing
I bought a new laptop and re downloaded creative cloud and try to install Ps but
It keeps telling me that it failed due to not having a mandatory update of Windows which I've confirmed
has been installed.

Creative cloud keeps restarting so can not download the trial app CC
10 Windows, i7, 256 GB SSD processor, download speed currently between 30 and 40 Mbit/second.

Hello Stephen,
Please follow the steps below:
Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud Control Panel application.
Step 1:
Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe "common files".
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 2:
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and if necessary remove Adobe Creative Cloud folder. [* important]
Step 3:
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.
Type below command and press the enter"" key.
AppData
Then go to the Local > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4:
Click on the link of shot and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:

Once the installation is complete, double-click the launch of Adobe Application Manager on the desktop icon.
It will start the update process and is updated for creative cloud application.

Creative cloud keeps disconnecting Me
Ive been using illustrator for the last days, and while I work my creative cloud will sign me (my fonts are synchronized to typekit, so when I am disconnected I am not able to use these fonts.) I looked through the "common questions" section of the adobe support page and didn't see my problem here. I've updated all my apps, checked if my CC app was updated (on.) and tried most of adobe solutions and yet still no luck. Would appreciate any advice, help or discussion. Thank you.

Creative cloud keeps forgetting about my installation of Lightroom
Every few weeks, the Creative Software cloud on my computer don't forget that there is an installation of 5 Lightroom on my computer, it is impossible for me to update. The software works very well for Photoshop, however.
I installed Lightroom via the software and just after installation, he appeared ok. Never give up and just file a bug in the tracker for the question if you want. The problem is that some hard to get noticed, perhaps... If other people find that it what they van vote in favour and give it an additional priority.

Creative cloud keeps giving me the same app updates over and over
Overall I was happy with creative cloud and ease installation and update applications. My only complaint is that, whenever I am asked to update an application (or applications), I STILL get the same notice of update and even ONCE, regardless of how many times I have to perform the installation. For Mac, please follow the steps:
1. navigate to ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater/1.0 and rename to 1.0.old (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-files.html)
2. activate the root account and place you ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater/1.0 and rename to 1.0.old

Connect to the back of your account and launch of Office CC and it shouldn't give you any update prompt.
