Creative cloud library fails after update
I work in the desk stand in a society where some users work with Adobe products
Since the last update, I've encountered this problem: Solution to the issue: Panel Adobe Creative Cloud libraries will load not office products
None of these solutions work I tried all. This problem has occurred on more than one computer, after that they have implemented the update.
As I started to hurt what I found, it is not a network problem, because once we take the computer out of the field of shooting it works via the network.
We think that is a group policy issue and perhaps it has to do with the list of trusted sites.
What about the update would that happen?
No one knows exactly what has changed the update?

You can try to reinstall the Adobe application manager. Go to the HD > library > application support > adobe > caps and rename the folder of caps. After you rename this folder, go to the USER library > application support > adobe > OOBE and rename the OOBE folder as well and install Adobe application manager at the bottom of the link. It should work fine.

Please follow the steps below:
- Please check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to Mcafee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)
- Disable the firewall on your machine.
- Turn off the firewall of the security program installed on the computer Internet. (Norton 360 - disable the following in it: Surf safely, firewall, browser protection, download intelligence)
These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud application is in place and functioning *.
(1) uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop Manager:
Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application
(2) delete following folders: (if you do not see any folder skip this step)
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Application Manager
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Creative Cloud files
C:\Users\
\AppData\Local\Adobe\ MAA UPDATER and two OOBE (App data & Program Data is folder hidden please see, Show files and folders hidden in Windows 7, 8.x, 10, or Vista) \Adobe\ DONNÉES C:\Program rename SL-STORE like SL-STORE_OLD
3 - Click on the link below and download Creative Cloud Installer file and use them to install the creative Cloud Desktop application.

Please follow the steps below and check it, if it helps:
1 - click wheel settings in the upper right of the cloud creative app > Preferences > sign out
2 force quit Adobe all activity monitor processes / end of task for Adobe on the process from the Task Manager (e.g. cc, Core sync, the broker CC library, Office, Adobe, Adobe CPI, demon Adobe Crash etc..)

MAC: Right-click on the icon in the Finder and select the 'Go - To' folder option. You will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. ("Not to be missed ~ symbol") ~/Library (It will open the folder of the user's library.)
Then go to the Application Support > Adobe > OOBE folder and folder AAM Updater so trash
WINDOWS: C:\Users\
\AppData\Local\Adobe\ MAA UPDATER and OOBE times 4-
MAC: Go to the Apple icon > System Preferences > privacy and security > firewall > TURN OFF (to do this, you will need to click on the padlock in the lower left of this machine and then enter your mac password)
Go to the Apple icon > System Preferences > Security and privacy > General > allow applications downloaded on should be in ANY
WINDOWS: see, turn the firewall on or off - Windows Windows help
5 make sure there is no other Internet active safety program - if it is then go ahead and launch CC app and login and check

Creative Cloud Desktop fails open
I've seen several questions similar to mine but not exactly like my question. I get no error message. Everything that happens is when I try to open the application of CC icon desktop appears in my sidebar for a fraction of a second and disappears and CC Office fails to load/open. As such, I can't download Lightroom or Photoshop. I'm under 10.10.3 (14D136):

Not only is my creative cloud adobe not updated it is not responding or the other. An error 2 overtime when I try to update. I'm afraid to follow some recommendations of steps should I follow because I do not know if my files are backed up. How do we know that they are supported to the top or how would someone go about everything and the backup of their files. I am a student majoring in graphic design and I can't lose my files. Adobe Creative Cloud Apps stop after start up
Everytime I open Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, they load but then stop immediately. I tried to uninstall and then reinstall creative cloud and apps, but they still do not work.

When I hit the creative cloud icon it starts updating creative cloud but stops at 2 percent and said to try to connect to the server, and does nothing else. My internet is fine. I have Adobe master collection installed on this laptop. I disabled my firewall to see if that helped, but it does not work.
