Hi all
Some days, I encounter an error with Creative Cloud Desktop.
When I click the APP tab there is an error: download error
Can someone help me?

If this does not work please try following steps
(MAC)
(1) close adobe every process in activity monitor (creative cloud, sync Core, CC library, services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, broker CIB Adobe updater AAM service)
2) navigate to the following locations and assign all permissions to the adobe folders to the current user. To navigate, click on go in the bar on then click goto... type/library/application support of / and then click OK.
(3) to assign the authorization right click on adobe folder and click on Get info... A window will open. Then click on the lock symbol to allow editing. Then click on sign + to add your user name. Then change read only to read and write. Then click gear icon on the bottom and click on apply to the elements included and click ok... Go to the next step then.
3) navigate to the location following support/adobe application and rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator.
(4) place you ~/Library/application support/adobe/oobe and rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator.
Cloud creative library and remove 5 open application).
(6) open utility library of the application itself and delete Adobe application manager and creative cloud
(7) install creative cloud from link according to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
(8) launch cc app and it should work properly
(Windows)
(1) close adobe all processes in the Task Manager (Core sync services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, broker CIB Adobe updater AAM service)
2) navigate to the following locations and assign all permissions to the adobe folders to the current user. (Right click on adobe folder select properties then click on the Security tab, click on edit and select current user, that you are connected to, select full control, click on apply and then ok)
C: / / program data (to view hidden files to see this folder)
C: / / program files 86 x files / common
C: / / program files x 86.
C: / / program files common files
C: //program files.
Go to c:/programdata/Adobe and oobe and rename it oobe.old
Go to c: / / programfiles86x/common files/adobe/and rename the oobe oobe.old and aamupdator to ammupdator.old
Go to c: / / Users/username/appdata/local/adobe/rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator
Go to Control Panel/Add or remove programs and uninstall cloud creative app
Install app creative cloud from link according to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
Run it and it should work.

I'm on a mac desktop and use creative cloud, I started with the download of updates for creative cloud, now it stops at 2% and won't go more far error code 43, now my desktop creative cloud application is missing when I used cleaning tool, now none of my apps will run. - Open the activity monitor and close Adobe all related applications
- Navigate to: / Library/Application support/Adobe
- In this directory, you will see a folder named OOBE - rename this folder in OOBEold
- Navigate to: MAC HD/Applications/Utilities directory
- There, you will see a folder named "Adobe Application Manager" - remove

- Open the cleaning tool and choose to clean 'Creative cloud' only.

I have Adobe remote assistance and the problem is solved.
These are the steps we took:
- Uninstall the desktop app creative cloud with the uninstaller of creative cloud
- Download Adobe Application Manager 9 on adobe.com
- Auto app updated to the latest version of the Creative Cloud Desktop.

"Creative cloud office failed to install".

I've been a Subscriber CC since June of 2012. I was very happy to get the email about the update this morning so I went directly to the download page. However, after I get about half way through the download and enter my password admin on my computer, I met the following error message: "Cannot install creative cloud Office"
I tried several times, all with the same result. So I went straight for the Application Manager, but got the following error message when I tried to open it:
It of course just brought me to my first question. I tried to update the MAO to 7.0 via the download page, but I was still getting the same problems. When I tried the update of PS and via the Help menu in applications, the MAO informed me that everything was up-to-date.
Is - this error something wrong on my end? Any help would be appreciated!
My information system is the following:
Mac OS X Lion mountain
Version 10.8.4

Thanks for the reply! However, I think I found a solution! After Creative Cloud connection Uninstall using the uninstall CCC program, I was able to successfully download the update of creative cloud of creative.adobe.com
My apps are now downloading! I hope this can help others who are struggling with this problem

Creative cloud office does not
I use Mac OS x 10.10 and the CC desktop icon is completely insensitive, showing white everytime I try to open it in the bar of window on my desktop. So, I can not download or update applications. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud (and therefore all the apps I have installed so far)?

Creative cloud office 'Apps' tab does not work
I bought the license to CC a couple of days, but since installing I couldn't install/manage applications. Office CC 'Applications' tab will not open correctly only saying "download error".
I got the CC on this computer in the past by another employer, but I uninstalled it when the project took end. I never encountered this problem with the CC of this time. I also got CS5 on this computer all the time and in the past with CS5 and CC has not caused any problems.
I have now uninstalled and reinstalled this new CC a couple of times but the 'Apps' tab does not always work.
I then also uninstall the CS5 and to be sure, I removed manually all the Adobe stuff like this guide:
After that, I reinstalled the CC but always the 'Apps' tab does not work. May be there is always something left (on this computer) the subscription of Creative previous cloud (another license) that is causing the problem with this new CC subscription?
I have a Mac Book Pro with Mac OS X 10.9.5
If you have uninstalled but did not follow upwards with the help of the vacuum of CS then you have probably some remains that could interfere with other facilities. If you uninstall, then use the cleaning tool, you may have better luck.
