Creative cloud produces a problem with missing or damaged files
We are facing this problem often in all systems. a lot of work waiting because of this problem... Willing to take this question as long as need very urgent to recover.
No one can tell you anything without the proper system or other technical details info. You did not even provide exact errors or tell us what programs are affected. That said, the question is quite probably simply your configuration - insufficient user privileges, permissions restrictive files, hardware problems, and that sort of thing. It's nothing that adobe could fix it for you.

Whenever I try to download creative cloud it won't let me download it because it says that something is missing or damaged. He then sent me to a link that says download creative cloud. I click on the link for press download, I'm going through the whole process again in a loop. Help.

Deirdreo2276881 and Noontimeone you have both used the steps listed in http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/failed-install-creative-cloud-desktop.html to reinstall in the creative cloud desktop application? If so what specific error messages currently receive you? Also to confirm the two are you running Mac OS 10.10.3?

Problem with missing mfc110.dll file?
Mfc110.dll missing file, preventing the execution of the downloaded software program. Apply a fixer of DLL file simply said mfc was already on the computer.

Issue of the Adobe Creative Cloud missing or damaged files
I tried to open Adobe Creative cloud so I could download Illustrator, and when I tried to open it, it says there were missing or damaged files and download again. But before Adobe Creative Cloud even has finished installing, the same box popped up and asked me to do the same thing again. I had tried the same thing 3 or 4 times over, and it has not worked once. I am a PC user, and I would really appreciate if someone can help solve the problem. Thank you.
Please follow the steps below: -.
1 - uninstall the Adobe Creative cloud Control Panel application. (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html)
2 remove Adobe Application Manager and OOBE folder of
C: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe "Common Files".
3 - remove the folder Adobe Creative cloud of C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
4. Remove AAMUpdater and OOBE [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe
5 reinstall the creative application of cloud at the bottom of the link

Creative cloud of 42% problem: cannot install Photoshop &; Lightroom
2 days ago, I bought creative cloud for students and tried to install photoshop, illustrator, indesign, and lightroom on my MacBook Air (13 inch, mid 2013) running OSX El Capitan (ver. 10.11.5). However, I continue to experience the problem of 42%. I click 'install' and 42%, it stops and it is the case:
When I click on more information, it redirects me to a blank Web page.
Yesterday, I downloaded creative cloud vacuum cleaner and cleaned all the adobe files. Then, I was able to successfully install illustrator. It works perfectly fine. Then I tried to install lightroom and photoshop... I came across the problem of 42% again.
I have read the usual discussions and attempted to resolve the issues.
I followed this: error download, installation or update of Adobe Creative Cloud applications
1. I checked for app updates-problem persisted
2. I don't think that it is a network problem since I downloaded illustrator on the same network
3 firewall-Turned off my firewall, and the problem persisted
4 upload the logs:
- DLM.log for download errors - I tried ERROR and always found this: NetDBError error has occurred - 8
- Creative cloud PDapp journal--sought the ERROR, and that's what I found: OBElib returned the error: 1
- I also tried to analyze the product setup log main creative cloud ( /Library/Logs/Adobe/Installers)... But when I couldn't find "installers". What is a part of the problem?

If the links above do not help, please follow the steps below:
1 - Check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to Mcafee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)
2 disable the firewall of your machine, see Windows Firewall enable or disable - Windows help , OS x: about the application firewall - Apple Support
3 turn off the firewall of the security program installed on the computer Internet.
4. After this sign off cloud creative app connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications
5. force Quit Adobe all activity monitor processes / end of task manager of the tasks in the same order as mentioned below:
- Creative cloud
- Basic timing & sync to basic support
- CC library & process CCX
- Adobe Common Desktop
- Adobe update daemon
- After that, everything that said adobe on it do a force quit for her
6 launch creative cloud app and connect

I installed creative cloud LR6 this morning with PS CC. PS appears in "All programs" but not LR.
Check under C: Program files > Adobe > Adobe Lightroom.
