Creative cloud said that I have more storage
I get messages stating that my creative cloud is out of storage although it displays I've used 36,53% 20 GB. The problem just started today. When I logged on my account I have two accounts a creative cloud for students and teachers and Creative cloud free membership. You don't know where the free membership account came but I was wondering if this is what is causing the problems.

I bought creative cloud and the App LightRoom and Photoshop App appear fine, but Premier Pro is not found. It is said that it is installed.

Creative cloud says that I have not installed applications?
I have installed multiple applications, creativity, cloud launcher and Launcher now says I have nothing installed? How would I be able to solve this problem? If it helps, it happened after I installed Flash Professional, which doesn't seem to work properly.

I just bought my monthly plan for above programs and I am trying to download Adobe Creative Cloud as well as all other programs, but after downloading the adobe creative cloud and installation, the application installer is not where. Programs such as photoshop and indesign will not begin even download from the download page, even though it says "program download".

Use the desktop application to install your other programs of cc.

How to download Photoshop again when creative cloud thinks that I have already?
I tried to download Photoshop but has encountered an error. However, creative cloud me recorded as successful in downloading the software and does not allow me to download again. I tried to remove the Photoshop directory without success and cannot find a way to send an email to support directly to Adobe. Thanks for your help.

@mr2016 - you have 7 files in the Archive to https://assets.adobe.com/files?filter=archive and 9 files in the files to https://assets.adobe.com/files. Total storage used for these 16 files is 2.34 GB.

Creative cloud says that I have several installed versions
My list of apps shows CC and CC (2014) versions of all my installed applications. I see only the current versions when I search my HD (CC 2014 ones.)
Should I uninstall versions 'old '? Will be present to screw my system. Don't not interesting to create chaos. I wanted to just clean up my list.

Adobe always versions similar CC apps when they were CS apps. About once a year they will put applications creative day to a new version. CC 2014 is essentially CC2. There is no reason you need to both versions, but I'll make sure that you preferences for each app passed on before uninstalling.
If applications are not appear on your drive hard but, maybe just a little problem with the CC desktop application. In which case you should not experience problems if you were to click on the engine next to the text "updated" in the list and click on "Uninstall".

I installed a few applications with the Application Adoble handler. She chose by default, Dutch because my OS is in Dutch. But how can I change it to English? I changed my preferences in the App to England International Manager. But who do not appear to do anything.

You need to change the language in the AAM from Dutch into English before installing the software, once you change the language, and then install this will be in English.
Here are the steps: -.
1. uninstall the Applications
2. start Adobe Application Manager
Windows: choose Start > all programs > Adobe Application Manager
Mac OS X: Alias for Adobe Application Manager is located in your Applications folder.3. click on your name in the upper left corner of Adobe Application Manager.
4. click on Preferences.
5. next to language choose English (International).
6. click on save.
7. replace the applications and check.
