Creative cloud says "trial"

I have a windows pc. I paid for the whole cloud of Creative Adobe but everytime I open the creative cloud application it says to all the apps "trial". Sometimes it works if I shut down my computer and try again. If I connect to the adobe Web site, he's saying that I paid for everything, so I need to re-download the application which is very strange because I already downloaded it. How can I get rid of this?
