Creative cloud support sucks

I need to use Photoshop right now but keep says I need to renew my subscription.  When I go to the site to do, I see my membership does not expire until 12/16/16.  No chat support, no support phone just to screw you, send your money.  Let us to the cloud and sell software again.  This is beyond frustrating and I'll miss a deadline.

    Hi all

    I would like to share a movie with some colleagues for getting feedback on the progress made so far.  I would limit the video to read only that no one can download it.  This is all very well until the recipient receives the link (they are not subscribers CC).  The video does not play for the person I send him.  It shows with just a rest of the video, the comments are available to make. That's why this is supported by the creative cloud?

    I expect to be able to use the new applications Adobe CC 2014 after seeing the ad, but I don't know that my CC to CC 2014 synchronization problems can be solved through a community forum.

    Do you mean an individual subscription or a team for several employees in a company account?

    As far as I know, Adobe offer only helps to telephone sales, so you would be asked questions in the appropriate forum

  • Disorder of purchase/activation student ETLA creative cloud!

    I am a student at the Academy of Art University with access to the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Applications AND with Services (Multilingual). I got the software on my MacBook last year, but I've had a Dell PC a few months ago and especially do all my work on it, so I decided to renew my subscription and download it to my pc. My one year subscription just expired yesterday (7th) so I need to renew it. I went on the website of my school last night and received a code sharing with directions. I clicked on "trade now" and I signed with my Adobe ID and answered a few questions and creative cloud downloaded on my PC very well. Once downloaded, I registered on the app. Instead of saying "install" next to the apps, he said "try." So he downloaded a trial version of creative cloud...? When I connect to my account online, he said still in respect of plans and products that my subscription is expired. Except when I click on the link below that says to renew the subscription it shows my last renewal of its expiration date for next year. ??? I downloaded Adobe Application Manager after checking what seems like every single forum. It downloads very well. I click on "setup" and a window pops up that it is "update adobe application manager. The window closes and nothing else happens...

    I disconnected (e) Creative Cloud several times.

    I checked the app updates.

    I checked the forums and can't seem to get anywhere.

    My code has already been "redeemed" but I don't have the software... I'm only able to download the trial through the creative cloud app versions.

    Has anyone else had this problem? WHAT SHOULD I DO? I'm waiting for work at home...

  • Creative cloud-&gt; application manager does not work

    Creative cloud-> application manager does not work. And then my Lr does not work neither.

    I received a Chat support, but it failed. The incidence number 0188254578 has been open, described as "'download error ' because certainly CreativeCloud-> keep Apps stuck"downloading", but nothing happens. "

    After trying the steps listed to download error in the applications of Adobe Creative Cloud desktop, application tab support team also tried to fix remote buy the problem was not solved. I could not use my apps Ps/Lr/Br during about a week!

    Need help to solve the problem. I use an iMac (OS X The Captain, V 10.11.6).

  • Impossible to disconnect from the creative cloud

    I am running Lightroom and Photoshop CC on my workstation with Windows 10 PC.

    Everything was fine until a few days ago, then I was away for a few weeks without using the workstation. Today, trying to launch Lightroom, the app refused to start, suspended to the start screen. It the same for Photoshop.

    I tried to check creative cloud app but it seems to be locked with an account that is not mine. The app tells me to check my email address but one that is displayed, it is not correct.

    I tried to follow this guide (connect and disconnect enable or disable applications Cloud Creative) but the menu preference is pretty empty, the only options available are 'help', 'Quit' and 'lock on the taskbar", which should be an option of Windows. CTRL + Alt + R has no effect. The only buttons on the main screen of the application are 'check again' and "re-send the verification email", but because the enamel is not mine, that have no effect.

    So I tried to uninstall all applications using the Windows tools (remember, the creative cloud app is locked), removed from cloud app so creative and restarted the PC. Finished, I downloaded once more the application of Creative Cloud on the main site, but once installed it the same situation.

    I repeated the previous steps, twice (uninstall, reboot, download, install, launch application cloud creative), also tries to update Windows (now I'm with the update of the anniversary, while for the first 2 tests, I was with the previous version) but the rest of the problem.

    I have no more ideas, can you please help me? I am quite stuck.

  • Why can't everything just cancel my creative cloud?

    It does not help me in LR and I want to cancel, but now I tells me I have to pay up to 50% of the one year subscription.   An I've dealt with before adobe and they overcharged me for a product, and I had to jump through hoops to get a refund. But they refund my money... so I thought I would give them another chance, but never again.

    I tried the plan for 2 months, it does not provide an improvement for me.  And they won't let me Cancel.

    Never again, adobe, ever.

  • Creative cloud does not work

    I am so sick and tired to lose time getting any use my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription.   It simply doesn't get it!

    I followed most to advise him, but nothing will work.   Used cleaner and re-installed nth number of times.

    Finally I gave up and tried to cancel my subscription.    Guess what.    I told myself that I need creative cloud unsubscribe too!   The same thing that I can not even work in the first place,

    And to rub salt in my wounds, the site Adobe Web tells me that I have to pay a penalty of huge cancellation to cancel!   To cancel it because the product does not work in the first place.    I hate this product with a vengeance now.   If you're planning to subscribe...   DO NOT DO IT!    Adobe hastens to keeping your credit card information to subscribe, but make it impossible to use their product or get out of the contract.

    Hello - I bought Adobe Illustrator a few months back and paying $ 21 per month for the subscription.  I need to change the billing credit card but when I access my account with my Adobe ID, I can't find my billing anywhere information.  I checked under Plans and products, and it says that my creative cloud membership is free.   • Creative cloud charged me $392,45 and I don't know why
