Creative cloud won't charge of app list or said download error
After installing Creative cloud on a new MacBook Air, I either get "Download error" or a symbol of loading under the applications tab. My apps list never appears. CC worked fine on my MacBook Pro.
I've read this discussion of 2013:
I have deleted AAMupdater but have not renamed the file opm.db as am not clear what to rename it to?
I also uninstalled CC and reinstalled several times with signing in and out and restarting the machine.
Help would be great.

Solutions

- Solution 1: upgrade to the current version of the creative cloud desktop application
- Solution 2: Uninstall all CS5 applications and 11 elements
- Solution 3: Restart your computer and restart the desktop creative cloud application
- Solution 4: Delete the opm.db file, restart your computer and restart the desktop creative cloud application
- Solution 5: Remove the contents of the OOBE folder and restart the desktop creative cloud application
- Solution 6: Remove the OOBE and AAMUpdater folders.
I need help... what else can I do?

If there is no entry of Adobe, follow the procedure below:
N ° 1)
1) click on the Finder and search options listed next to icon located Apple in the upper left of the screen and click on the "Go" menu button and select 'utilities '.
(Applications > Utiliites)
Look for a CC Adobe and Adobe Application Manager folder under utility window and trash both folders.
Step 2)
Trash Adobe Creative cloud from Applications Eh well.
Step 3)
(1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select the option "Go-ToFolder .
(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. (Don't miss ~ symbol)

(3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe.
Open file Adobe and trash folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4)
(1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.
(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '.

Open file Adobe and trash folders named AAMUpdater ,Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 5)
Click on the link below and download & run the cleaning of Adobe tool:
Select the option "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6" and click on ""clean Selected " ."
Step 6)
Click on the link below and download the creative Cloud configuration file and use it to install the creative Cloud Desktop application.

Please, try the following steps:
1. uninstall the application Adobe CC of the machine (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html)
2 set the "Read and write" permissions on the files of Adobe for all users in the following locations:
a. / Library/Application Support /.
(b) /Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support /.
3. restart the computer.
4. install the application Adobe CC (Creative Cloud help |) Creative cloud for office)

Creative cloud does not show the apps that I've installed, instead shows PSCS6 and install, I already have LR5 and bridge and used PSCC2014
If you are using windows OS, click the gear icon and exit Creative Cloud App
Then right-click on the creative cloud desktop shortcut and choose Properties.
Then click on the Compatibility tab
In compatibility mode ' ' make sure that ' run this program in compatibility mode for "check-box is disabled."
If it is checked, uncheck it and click on apply, Ok. Then launch Creative Cloud application and try.
