    I have 2 PCs both running windows Vista. A PC is a desktop computer ACER with a printer connected to a USB Port (HP Photosmart C4480). The 2nd PC is an ACER laptop also on windows Vista. I have a network home and print away from the laptop. Problem is when I restart the laptop I can't print remotely and do are Add' the printer again. Print spooling is nec automatic and active. I have downloaded the latest drivers HP for the printer. Just a note to say that ACER laptop my son who works in XP does not have this problem and can print after a reboot.

    What is the brand and model of your printer? Have you checked to see if the printer is compatible with Vista? You can check this in the Vista Compatibility Center located at this URL http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/ . Also, you can try installing the Vista drivers on the XP machine. If the manufacturer has released Vista drivers simply download and install the drivers on your XP machine.

    Tethered shooting works fine with Lightroom 6.4 on El Capitan.

    You can then go ahead and buy Lightroom and perform the tethered shooting.

  • Creative cloud think my purchased programs need to subscriptions and I can't delete the remaining files of CC!

    It's absolutely maddening. I finished my subscription and delete all programs of cc. I also have my previously PURCHASED without a subscription based programs. Once I deleted all the files of CC, a small part of the CC remained, telling me that if I want to run my versions CS6 Photoshop or premiere, I have to subscribe! I even re-downloaded (no rental) programs purchased on adobe.com, but he ALWAYS wants me to pay for a subscription! There is one folder of creative cloud left in my program adobe files and no matter how hard I trying to delte, he tells me that I can't, it's 'open in another program' well I go into task manager and stop damn near every suspicious program which could be executed, it and it may not ALWAYS be deleted.   • Hello, I installed Firefox 10.0. Everything worked fine before, but every time I enter a URL that I have to use the mouse and click on the arrow at the end because hitting enter no longer works now in the URL field.

    Hitting enter does not work in the URL field. Instead, I have to click on the arrow at the end of the URL field with the mouse. The problem came just after the upgrade to 10.0. I have the Yahoo toolbar & AVG toolbar (I got two toolbars already though). The fields of research both of the toolbars work when you press on enter. Just not the URL field at the top of firefox.
