Crop marks does not print
I only ran into this with a single customer. He sends me some individual epses, each of them a business card to print. When I open them in Illustrator, it looks like in there are crop marks and bleed, when I placed in InDesign, as I always do, to set up 8 on a purge page does not print and does not print crop marks. I can expand the subject box and see the base notes lost and culture, but they always used to print. If I print directly from Illustrator just to test it, it prints the ooze but still no benchmarks of crop. It of all in CS3, but was the same thing when I got CS2.

I want to say is: you are sure they are crop marks (as in filter > Create > crop marks, I think, I'm still with 10 where he is Trim marks) and not the acreage (object > acreage, formerly benchmarks of crop), old printing, the definition of the latter?

To confirm that the hardware of the printer is functional, you are able to print a test page, without using a computer?
Load plain white paper in the input tray.
On the printer Panel, drag the screen to the left and then press Setup .
Touch tools.
Drag upward on the screen and then tap print status reports.
The printer prints the report.

In the meantime, please try a hard reset by following the steps in this post, How to perform a hard reset, by @Rich1. It is important that the power cable from the printer is plugged directly into the wall outlet, not a surge protector.

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! I see that you have recently formatted your PC running the Windows 7 operating system and now you cannot print to your F2410 not HP's Deskjet.
I would like you to follow the steps below:
Please, try disabling your firewall and perform a clean boot. Now, follow the steps below:
1. disconnect the USB key if you use a direct connection.
2. remove the software HP Deskjet F2410 not to uninstall from the control panel of your computers an option of the program.
3. restart the computer.
4. make sure that all them that software Deskjet F2410 has disappeared from the list of programs, but also your HP folder listed under all programs in your Start Menu.
5. now, go ahead and download the software and drivers for your Deskjet F2410 (DO NOT connect USB until the software prompts you to):

6. go ahead and print a test page.

OfficeJet 6000 E609n: One color (black) does not print
Background the color black does not print.
Background page printed from the printer status indicates that there is no black ink. This impression has said that there is sufficient (at least 20%) supply of three coloured inks. Per the comment above, no black printing does appear on the page printed of the status of the printer, even if the black cartridge has been rather recently installed (2015-12-24).
Background none of the four "low ink" lights on the printer are turned on.
Background the State indicated by the HP Solution Center utility displays a green check mark, that is to say, that everything is OK.
Background the "estimated ink levels" in the utility HP Solution Center indicate that the black ink cartridge is about 60% full.
Background I've done the first of these two cleaning procedures to clean the print head. It produces no change. (In fact twice.)
Background I removed the power cord to the printer and unplugged the power cord from the source and then wait 10 seconds. Then I reconnected things together. Nothing has changed.
Background I cleaned the vent for the black cartridge.

It seems as if the HP product registration service is temporarily unavailable.
Normally you get invited to register immediately after installation is complete.
It's a Web page that can help you know if the printer is listed, or as aid re-register once the number of available service - Registration Question Index.
The term of defective kernel is used which means that the defective part you are replacing is the same part that you send back.
When you select the option to change the replacement part is usually repaired or refurbished, is why there is such a difference in price between the parties. It seems that if the defective part is not returned within the specified time. 'faulty base tax' is loaded.
I can't say for sure 100% that the problem will be resolved to the replacement printhead. If the printer was in warranty, it would be the normal order of operations.

the plastic parts on more recent printers seem all to snap and difficult to understand to tell - assemble.
other thoughts before you get out the screwdriver and start spinning.
It should be good to use from month to month. I would recommend that during long periods of inactivity that you remove and shake the cartridge (as I described above) before using the machine. Maybe just create a copy or a test print once a month to make sure that everything works as expected.

The pilots say they work properly even though they may be bad drivers (not always, but often enough). You can get in trouble with your device drivers. Do you get errors on the screen or on the printer (and what do say EXACTLY)?
Pay attention to the installation instructions. Not only certain tasks requuired, but sometimes they should be done in a certain order or the process will not work. Check again the indications (or contact the HP support) and follow them to the letter. Frankly, I would contact HP who willl be faster and much more liekly to work in the end. http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en/support_task.html. Why fuss about it when they will be more than happy to help you?
I hope this helps. Really shouldn't be much more difficult than with the previous printers unless you've never used Vista before - that can make a big difference. Installation and configuration of sharing are very different. Also, there may be some settings of the printer itself that need to be addressed to make things work correctly - but I do not (but HP will be).

If you're not in the United States, and then connect to www.hp.com , bottom left it is an icon of the world map, click it and then select the region that you belong to, which would then provide the support options for you for this region.
