  I was told that there is an APP for Efax for the printer. However, not that you have Connect HP, you cannot access the HPePRINTcenter where the application is supposed to be. Now, none of the applications on my printer are available as the printer says that it cannot connect to the network. The printer is connected to the network and when you run the tests it appears. But STILL no applications are available.

I have a lot of storage free iCloud, but I still get the same message when I go to settings-> photos. How can I get rid of this and start the synchronization again my photos?   Your iPhone and iPad using the same iCloud account? If so try to connect on iCloud on your phone and signing in.

  OK, so I recently bought the Sansa Fuze.  When I received it, I decided to subscribe to Rhapsody-to-go.  I downloaded my songs from the Rhapsody of the "rocket", and it seemed that it went well.  Yesterday was the first day where I actually tried to listen to it.  Unfortunately, I can hear the instruments of music that I transferred to Rhapsody, but I can barely (if at all) heard the singer in fact sing.  I tried to play with the EQUALIZER, but it changed only the instruments and noise - not the song (which I can still hear only barely).

  Any help will be greatly appreciated.  If do you, please do it in a language that is intended for a person who is illiterate MP3.  By example, if you're talking about MTP format (or other) Please tell me what you're talking about - I have no idea what it is (I've seen the term used on this forum).

• Cannot install the trial version of illustrator cc 160 exit code

  I tried all of the suggestions I found, permissions (I'm the only user of this computer and the ADM), turn off all parts of Norton, nothing works, and I cleaned and uninstalled previous attempts and restarted my computer.  All of the old, repeatedly, nothing works.  I get just the exit code 160.

  I'm on Windows 10 with Adobe CS4 installed.  I just want to try Illustrator, before deciding to subscribe.  All the links on Adobe lead to the same answers, and they do not work.  Thanks to all those who can help you.

• How to go from Lightroom 1 4 or 5?

  I recorded my Lightroom 1, but it does not show as being registered creative cloud. When I add the serial number, it says it is already registered, and I can not add it. This is not synchronization, even though my email addresses are the same. I think there will be a cost of 1 upgrade to another version which I agree with, but the only options I can find are to buy a new one, as it is not registered that I paid for Lightroom 1. Or, because it is so old it's important and I have to start all over again from scratch?

  I can't make the decision for you on the subscription to the creative cloud. It's a great program, and it gives you access to the latest Photoshop and Lightroom. If you have installed 5 Lightroom as a trial version of the creative cloud, then it will be necessary to uninstall this facility because it can not be activated with a serial number.   Hi, I downloaded CS6 (academic package) and tried to install it, but I got this error message:

  

  "Installer cannot be initialized.

  Adobe Support Advisor (that I had to download from another source, as it's been discontinued) could not identify the problem. I seem to have an intact version of the CS6.

  I download Creative cloud for a month (in the spring), but has decided to subscribe and deleted everything before the end of the month of the trial. Have tested with the Adobe CS clean up tool and checked my Flash version is current.

  I just paid for the academic version of CS6, have a serial number, and would love to be able to use the programs!

  In the end, after verifying that Setup was ok, I decided that it must be something to do with the trash in my system. So, I did the following, which may seem exaggerated, but it worked.

  1 back up my data and programs manually.

  2 reset via Time Machine in this summer (which meant I was in Mavericks, after having updated to Yosemite until this happened).

  3 Ran the Adobe CC cleaning tool to make sure that nothing else is LURKING. (Of course, there was something to erase).

  4 reloaded the CS6 and begin the installation.

  5 success; This time everything worked without problems.

  Thanks for your advice - things sort themselves out in the head, from one day to the next...

• Prelude CC hangs on 'ingest' key.

• Can not uninstall CS3 on Mac new

  I just got a new Macbook Pro with Mountain Lion and migrated from the previous version of the MBP. Appearently Dreamweaver CS3 will not work with the Mountain Lion, so I decided to subscribe to Adobe Creative Cloud.

  Now, my problem is that I can't uninstall the suite CS3 Web Premium (so I can start installing the CS6 creative cloud applications). There is a file in a folder called "Adobe Installers", ""Add or remove Adobe Creative Suite 3 Web Premium."" However, I double click, I get my Mac installer password and then... nothing happens.

  I read that someone has solved this problem by dragging the folder from the old computer to the new Configuration. But this has not worked for me.

  Can someone help me to uninstall CS3 so I can get the CS6 running applications?

  For future reference, never migrate applications Adobe from one computer to another. It's an unfortunate lesson in grief.

  I have a subscription to creative cloud.

  I downloaded Premiere Pro. First is installed as well as yet.

  When I opened again for the first time, everything works fine. Once I got close and try to open it again, I get an error message that says:

  "Adobe CS6 still cannot operate in serialized mode non-redevance. The application must be serialized with a royalty bearing serial number.

  After that, another window opens asking me to enter a serial number. As I am a subscriber of creative cloud, that I don't have a serial number to get in here. Adobe does not provide one for users of creative Cloud.

  I have lived many messages from the forum and even tried to contact Adobe, but no one has any solution to this. The customer service is almost non-existent.

  
  

  Here's what I 'think' is happening.

  Initially, I downloaded and tried to run again as a trial. Later, I decided to subscribe via Creative Cloud. I deleted again and first since my mac (but has not used the "uninstall" option, because I didn't know that existed, I just deleted all the files). I downloaded then first again as shown in creative cloud. I guess there could be a kind of hidden file or key that says not to run without a serial number. How to remove this file/key or even if that's the problem I have no idea.

  I hope someone here can help you!

  My only solution at the moment whenever I have to use again is to uninstall and reinstall. This is very far from ideal!

  I think that you are facing this problem because you do not uninstall the earlier version properly. First uninstall your current version and then try to clean your machine to remove all traces of previous installation using the cleanup scripts posted by Adobe here - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

  and then install again yet.
