Dell inspiron 15 starts

OK here is the problem, when I start my computer after that it loads it goes directly to the black screen where it asks u want to start windows normally safe mode and etc, but when I press on start normally it goes to another screen so I'm going along the spirit, he and eventually take me to start windows normally screen what can that do for just my computer start. He also says on the top of the screen tells me to insert the disk installation, and guidance on how to fix it, but im still confused.

Follow these steps to try to solve your problems of boot.

Restore point:

Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If restore work not and you do not have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:
Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.
Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.
When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.
Link above shows what the process looks like and a manual, it load the repair options.
NeoSmart containing the content of the Windows Vista DVD 'Recovery Centre', as we refer to him. It cannot be used to install or reinstall Windows Vista, and is just a Windows PE interface to recovering your PC. Technically, we could re-create this installation with downloadable media media freely from Microsoft (namely the Microsoft WAIK, several gigabyte download); but it is pretty darn decent of Microsoft to present Windows users who might not be able to create such a thing on their own.
Read all the info on the website on how to create and use:
ISO Burner:http://www.snapfiles.com/get/active-isoburner.html
It's a very good Vista startup repair disk.
You can do a system restart tool, system, etc it restore.
It is NOT a disc of resettlement.
And the 32-bit is what normally comes on a computer, unless 64-bit.
  • Dell Inspiron 17 - start plus-forts clicks with an interval of 2 seconds
    My Dell Inspiron 17 laptop computer does not start at the top.  When I press the power button the power light and drive LED turns on - then the drive LED turns off and then there is a strong continuous click with an interval of 2 seconds.   I then press and hold the power button for 5 to 10 seconds until the power goes off--and I try again - sometimes 8 to 10 times before it starts.  When he finally starts everything works fine (all my Apps and my email and my Internet access - all).  I ran the Dell, hardware diagnostics and they all passed successfully (ePSA Diagnostics & Support Assist Tests etc.).
    I thought that my hard drive is perhaps go wrong, so I bought a new replacement WDC WD5000LPVX-75V0TT0 of Western Digital and then I cloned it.   After cloning over - I tried to boot the laptop - but when even having the same problem (will start no-strong clicks with an interval of 2 seconds).  Once it arrives - everything works beautifully.
    Nobody knows what will fix this problem?
    HI Fayedc,
    You can start the BIOS (F2)? If the system has passed all the diagnostics, I don't know why you bought another hard drive.
    Furthermore, you have Windows 7?
  • Dell Inspiron 530 starts 3 times
    For several months, my old Inspiron 530 of 5 years had the following problem:
    A cold, start it from power for a few seconds (noise noisy fan), then turn off, then turn on for a few seconds, then power off, then turn on and proceed as usual.  So from a cold start, it starts up 3 times in total.
    When the computer is restarted, it will be turned off, to power for a few seconds, turn off lights up again, and proceed normally.  So a reboot, it lights up a total of 2 times.
    I tried the following hotfixes and so far none of them have solved the problem (it may not in the right order):
    I contacted Dell support.  They said it was a "software problem" and they try several different things on a connection at a distance.  After about 5 hours of trying to solve the problem without a solution, I was told it was not a software problem, but a hardware problem and referred me to the support group equipment tech.  The technician of this group told me that it was a software problem and that I needed to reinstall the operating system.  Since I also read on the internet that it could be a power supply issue, I refer to Dell sales that could sell me a replacement power.
    I bought food and installed it, but that has no effect.
    I bought a new video card and installed it, but it had no effect on the problem of restarting and cause additional problems.  I removed the new video card and reinstalled the old video card.
    I contacted Norton do a virus removal within distance.  I have had two technicians various Norton works remotely to resolve the startup problem, but they failed.
    As a last resort, I decided to go ahead and re-install the operating system is Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit.  I actually reinstalled software twice, because I didn't reformat the C: drive when I did the first resettlement.  I did the reformatting of the C: drive of the resettlement of 2nd.  My Inspiron 530 boots now much faster and also runs much faster, it will still take 3 starts to go.
    So if anyone out there has any idea on this issue, be it a fix, or if I should just let it be and not be concerned about it, please reply to let me know your suggestions.  If additional details are required, please let me know.
    3. start problem solved! Change video card. Got rid of my stock 8300GS and replaced with GeForce 8500GTfrom Amazon Echoshop for about $40.00 and cared of the 3 start problem! Good luck what a card impressive. I never thought it was the map of the origin of the problem? Good enough technicians could figure that one out. SURPRISE LOL
  • My laptop Dell Inspiron 5100 has started incompatible.
    My laptop Dell Inspiron 5100 has started an on again off again behavior.  If I stopped and try to restart it (by switch or auto reboot), it does not restart.  I get a metal "beep" of the machine.   If I'm persistent and try several times with the button, it can restart, but not always.  I thought it might be the start / stop switch had become sensitive to heat or was dying, but even when it is completely cold, not connected to an external power supply and since 3 + hours, it will still manifest this strangeness.  Any suggestions?   I am running Windows XP Pro and McAfee on this system.  I realize that it is an older machine, but I really like XP, and want to continue to use this set up if possible.
  • Dell Inspiron does not fully start
    I have a Dell Inspiron 530 s with Windows Vista Home Basic. Last fall I had restored it and after that, it worked perfectly until about 2 months ago. After that I turned on the computer, it goes to the Dell logo, as usual, and then after that, it gives me a message saying press F1 to continue. I would tap it, then he would show a black screen with a flashing underscore. After a while it would not boot as usual. Recently, when underscore no longer blinks, he asked no longer to start as usual. It gives me a message saying that no boot device is discoverable and press ENTER to try again. I'll enter, but the same message arrives. I'll have to then turn off and on and keep pressing F1 until she FINALLY begins. With the changeover days, it takes more time and more time so that it can start and enter the Windows logo. I'm afraid that one day, it just won't start. I tried and tried looking for my problem but I don't know what it is. One popular response that came was my CMOS battery may go dead. So, I went and bought this past weekend. That didn't solve it. It still does start all the way. I also can't access the Menu ahead of time by pressing F8. I notice that rarely my computer will lead me to the Boot Manager to start upward on its own and from there I can start Windows normally and it starts without a problem. But I don't know how get you to this page manually. By pressing the bar space does not either. If I keep just press these keys, my computer makes a noise clicking / beep and nothing more. I was also wondering if a restore factory could get rid of this problem and make it again fresh. But again, one of the conditions for a factory restore is to disable and press F8 for Advanced Options and he won't be on the menu for me. So I'm stuck pretty well.
    Overall, my problem is that my computer initializes more normally. I have to keep turning market until he finally gives in which case it can take hours. I desperately need help. I hope that I was fairly accurate. My computer is no longer under warranty and I can't afford any premium or other security package. Please, it's my only computer, and that's all what I have to work with. Thank you.
    Hello
    A computer is supposed to make a single "beep" at startup.
    If that in fact more than one, this indicates a hardware problem.
    You will need to go to the Dell website and know what BIOS that you have in your computer model.
    Then check in these links 'beep' error codes know what hardware has problems.
  • Windows 7 re-setup on DELL Inspiron 1564 hangs at "Setup starts Windows.
    Hello world
    I have a very serious question because of which my Dell Inspiron Laptop is dead since last one. I bought this laptop in 2010 from the United Kingdom. Everything was ok until last month when first login screen of windows user took the extraordinary time is displayed, and then when I rebooted my laptop Windows refuses to start giving me the following error
    1. Windows could not start. a recent hardware or software change might be a cause.
    2. If windows files have been damaged or misconfigured start-up can help diagnosis and fix the power of problem.if was interpted when starting up to choose window start normally.
    Dell reinstallation DVD of Windows 7, which came with the laptop, I made bootable USB (as my optical drive does not work) to reinstall windows, but after "window load files" screen when I click Reinstall windows bind it stucks there like forever. It just shows the message "Setup starts Windows. I waited for 4-5 hours, but it does not further. Someone please tell me what could be the reason for this.
    I thank in advance
    Please run the F12 diagnostics tests may be a module of RAM or your HARD drive is defective:
  • Dell Inspiron PC delay start before BIOS, how to we deny this?
    Recently, we received 3 new Dell inspiron PC and then priming them to 2 min 5s before the computer starts obviously the boot (reached the BIOS screen). We have no idea how to solve this problem, if anyone knows please let us.
    We have: check the start menu and the trunk so seems to be in the right order, have fragmented off the hard drive, updated the operating system Windows windows 10 7, checked for several installed operating systems, looked at the system configuration files and have not found something wrong, as well as other things that I can't think right now. (no obvious hardware incompatibilities found)
    Windows 10 pro
    Inspiron 3847
    Intel core i3-4160
    8 GB of RAM
    64-bit operating system
    MSI G-Force GT 730 2 GB video card
    If it comes with Windows 7 installed, it won't win 10 installed also. Apparently, you have right to downgrade to Win 7 on a machine to win 10. If Dell installed Win 7 and included a drive to Win 10 installation for convenience, in case you have decided to use Win 10.
    Since you upgraded to Win 10, have you installed all the drivers of 10 straight Win of the page support for this model?
    You said that the boot order is 'correct '. This means that your hard drive is listed first?
    Go into the BIOS and look for the USB startup and - if all options - make sure they're ready to USB -NOT start.
    What happens if you unplug everything except the keyboard, monitor and mouse. For example, no printer, no cable network, etc.?
    Using a keyboard/mouse wired or wireless? And are they connected to the back USB ports?
    Is this something to run at startup, for example an anti-malware scanner?
    You may need to contact Dell Technical Support for assistance. They'll cover relating to software for the first 30 days of the invoice date (not delivery date). If it is hardware, they are going to cover for at least 1 year.
