  I have a problem with my Toshiba Satellite P10 (bought in 2004).
  Sometimes it will not be running (no air conditioning, no battery) and sometimes the "Shut down" - the dialogue appears as if I had pressed the power button (really, I have not). Then, he died instantly, and I can't turn it on. Rarely turns without touching the power button a few minutes later.

  But I think that no one here can tell you where the power controller is replaced and if you can fix it yourself or not.   I see that you have some problems with the judgment of some installation of HP software to run on your PC of Windows 10. I can help you with that.

  To start, make sure that the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector. Once done:

  1. On your PC, press CTRL, ALT and DEL keys at the same time.
  2. Click Start Task Manager.
  3. Select the HP software from the list.
  4. Click end task.

  I meet what I think, it's a security problem or software problem and I need help.

I can get the program to open, but if I click on options such as you upload a photo or save an image, or if I click on 'Help' and try to look at the user manual, etc., the program immediately shuts down / disappears.

  Today, I decided to use HP Photosmart for the first time (since I installed the printer last week), edit a few photos.   You shouldn't run MSE with a complete other antivirus. And Defender is disabled by MSE as it does
  the same function for spyware and antivirus adds.

  What Fix - it you try to run? What is the problem?

  AVG is probably the primary cause. I would uninstall it by using the removal tool or Special Instructions
  from their site - AVG 9 is causing many questions. Usually best to disable as much as possible before
  the abduction. Also download but do not install the replacements until after the deletion is completed
  and a reboot. Use the method below to all in the right order.

  Download - SAVE - go to where you put it-click on - RUN AS ADMIN

  (Sometimes you have to temporarily turn off with the little icon to the left of the + bottom right of IE)

  Avast - stop home - free - all shields you do no need except leave Standard, Web and network running.

  Your router may need a firmware update, but that would probably not produce
  bluescreens. And the rest can be processed after that AVG is out of the picture.

  You must keep all your songs stored in your iTunes library, on your computer.  Then, even if your iPod is lost or breaks, you will not lose your music.  (And then, back up your iTunes library on the computer database, so you will not lose your music, even if your computer breaks or needs to be deleted.)

  What happens when you connect it to the USB on your computer?  If nothing appears on the screen of the iPod?  If so, what appears on the screen of the iPod?

I checked that the charger is good by testing on a second 7 slate I. I tried the reset procedure and factor procedure to reset but none works.
