• HP deskjet d1660sounds impression of it\ but it\ not.

  My hp deskjet D 1660 printer sounds like it is printing but is not. Document seems to be sent to the printer, flow of paper into the printer and all indications is that it is printing, but paper comes out clean. Black and sort shows color ink level indicator are almost full. Printer was given to me by the person who gave up stating that it does not work so I do not know how old cartridges but they are genuine hp. I downloaded the new drivers and updates to make the Windows 8 compatible printer. Any suggestions are welcome.

  I was happy to hear of your initial success, but I wish it had not been short-lived.  You have done all the troubleshooting steps in the document I linked with the reset and a further cleaning.  The only other thing I can think of would be to try different cartridges.

• DeskJet 970Cxi impressions eject does not correctly

  He pushes paper most of the exit door, so that the printer considers that it has finished and starts printing the next sheet.  But sheet n ° 1 is not far enough to lie flat on the output tray, so something in the works mechanical grabs the back of it and snarls to the top of the next sheet as well.  And so on, so I have to look at the printer like a Hawk and whisk every leaf there at the right time precisely.

  I hear fairly well with mechanical things and feel that it should be simple to put it right, if only I could observe.  But everything happens too fast, in more of course, it will not be printed with the cover open.  The only clue I can see is that the main action of the spin is on one side.

• DeskJet F2120: Impressions colors are wrong

  The color of my impressions are bad.  In some cases, yellow is missing or completely missing.  So the Green came out blue and Brown came out purple.  In other cases, lack blue / was missing.  So blue went out of Brown.  However, in this same green print came out fine.  So blue was used, but just to make it green, not like him.  I did a print test and there all 3 colors.  They seem to match the color on the box sample.  Despite so, I bought a new ink cartridge and the problem persists.  I just downloaded and reinstalled the driver and the problem is not going away.  Can anyone help?

  After I posted this question, I found the correction of another assignment in this forum.  A lot of people had the same problems after upgrading to window 10.  I do not know how to insert the link to the post that solved the problem, so I just copy and paste the fix here:

  "After much trial and error, I finally ran HP print and Scan doctor, and did a print test.   He printed patches test yellow, Cyan and Magenta.    I then printed my test page of Powerpoint with blocks of red, green, blue, Magenta, Cyan, and yellow, and they printed OK!   The 'doctor' reported no problem, but his test print seemed to fix the problem. »

  The quiet print feature will provide you with more quiet printing by reducing printing speed and noise levels...

  You can find full desciption collected from the user manual below:

  Quiet mode
  Use the Quiet mode feature when you require quieter printing, such as when a baby is
  sleeping nearby, or when clients are in the office. To activate Quiet mode, open the
  Print dialog box, click the Paper Type/Quality pane, and then click Quiet Printing. By
  activating Quiet mode, the speed and sound level of the print job is reduced. To resume
  normal printing speed, click Quiet Printing again to clear this feature.
  Quiet mode can be used in Normal, Fast Normal, and Draft print modes.

  Welcome to the HP Forums.

  I see that you have a problem with the increase in size of copy with a black line on the left side.

  Please make sure you have the printer power cable connected directly to a wall outlet and not a bar/power strip. Here is a document that uses a LaserJet printer for example, but it is intended for HP products in general. Please click the link which explains the problems when connected to an uninterruptible power supply/Strip/surge protector power.

  I also suggest that you follow the document that solves the vertical, lines or streaks in the Copies or Scans.

  A printer Deskjet 1050, model j410a, works with a black cartridge or must be a color cartridge as well.  If it requires an as well color ink cartridge, it can it be empty?

• DeskJet 6122: Deskjet 6122 Error Messages

  With the help of another set of views, I am able to have my old deskjet 6122 impression of my new Dell running Windows 10 (64-bit).   HOWEVER, after a document is printed, it is now followed by a page that says

  Sometimes it prints this page bonus first, then the document I want and then this bonus page again.  Other times, this bonus page just follow the actual document I print.

  This answer has helped point me in the right direction, but my "fix" was slightly different.  For me, it changed the '2 Facer impression' to not installed.

  Basically, that's what I did:

  -Goto the printer folder and select the printer

  -Right click and select "printer properties".

  -Goto "the device settings tab.

  -Double-sided printing: not installed (previously was listed as installed)

• DeskJet 2132: Do not print with the new cartridge

  I bought this printer only about a month. I've exhausted the original black ink cartridge, so I bought a new one (genuine HP 63XL).

  I installed the new cartridge and the alignment page is printed, but only the parts of printing color, no black. I tried to print a test page, once again, not black. The ink level software shows that the new cartridge is full.

  I tried to put back the cartridge several times and made sure the protective film is removed completelu.

  I tried to remove the new cartridge to print mode single cartridge. The test page comes out fine; but, when I try to print a document in this way, the printer WILL NOT PRINT AT ALL. There is a little red light next to the black point near the power button.
