Keep receiving an error message that says: "remove paper jam and then press ok.  I did all the steps to clear any torn or ripped from the inside of the printer paper, there was never any paper in there for blocking up inside anyway. When I opened the top of the printer my container of cartridge will not move at all, he's stuck.  It won't control the printer or by my own doing when the printer is turned off without being able to. The error and lack of time with my printer cartridge do not allow me to use the printer, I hope you can help me in anyway possible. Thank you.

  It seems you have a carriage jam. Sometimes it can be a sensor that is bad and can not work properly. Here is a link that will help to transport jam

  OK, I have a laptop of hp g50, fr963ua #aba... I had takin did a full restore of the system back to factory settings and since then 1/4 of the screen of the monitors on the right side and and your thumb on the bottom is black but still light... its afficherdans as a full screen when I have a wide screen I tried update driver and cannot figure out and its still displayed as 1024 x 768 60 hz... any help will be appreciated...

  Right-click in a useful surface of the screen, then select the screen resolution. In the resolution drop-down list change resolution one that says (recommended). This will be the native screen resolution of your computer screen laptop graphics solution nd.  Once you have done that select apply and then OK.

  Hi Liam,

  Please try following steps:

  1. close the AI.

  2. navigate to C:\Users\your username\AppData (hidden folder) \Roaming\Adobe\ Rename 'Adobe Illustrator 19 settings' folder 'old Adobe Illustrator 19 parameters.

  3 re launch HAVE and check.

  Sorry, it's a question of support of Windows, the Windows taskbar does not part of Firefox. I do not use Windows 8.1 myself, and I don't know if the process is the same as on my Windows XP - but maybe click and hold and drag this bar down might work like on Windows XP.

  I had to replace my hard drive and reload Windows XP sp3 is installed. the screen saver will not stop coming after 20 min. I tried to put it all the way up to 9999 min. The power is set to never turn off. Don't know what it takes to re install all over again. Help!

• deskjet1512: 1512 deskjet cartridges seem to be the wrong type and can not install them

  I watched the video & the instructions step by step but my cartridges are different from those shown.  The diagram shows the contacts on the longer side up while the contacts of my cartridges that came with it & the numbers correspond) have contacts on the side short & above.  How can I know if it is good or not?  They will correspond to only with the side short in (with contacts), but will not lock in place.
