  I hope that I am able to help you with your concern today. If I understand you correctly, in Time Machine, files of more than 9 months are deleted. Time Machine to save space. I'm not sure if Apple is allowing us to extend this period to 12 months or even 16 months, but it would be a great recommendation. I hope I could help you with your concern.

  When I downloaded my photos from my camera SD card in my computer photos went just to the photo gallery, not to the folder of photos.  This is why when I try to send pictures via my gmail account I gives me only the choice of the photos in the pictures folder.  How can I get these photos in the photo gallery images folder?  I'm using vista Home premium and I've never had this problem before.

  I see that you're having trouble with your 7110 newly purchased. If your photos appear darker when you used the 7000 all programs? Have you tried to change the settings for print quality? You may need to change the quality at the standard. With the help of high quality may cause more ink on the page, your impressions would therefore appear darker.

  It could also be the selection of paper. Even if you are off mark paper, you don't have to choose "other photo paper. What are the options available in the selection of paper and what kind of paper do you use? I understand it of paper Staples, but must have a particular type as advanced, or premium and so on.

• DeskJet 5500 prints color cartridge 57 but your gray of the 58 photo color cartridge

  My deskjet 5550 is supposed to print color photo with the 58 cartridge inserted into the cartridge slot 2. It has suddenly stopped making and now print only the dull grey tone. I replaced the cartridge with a new one and got the same result. Print the same file using the 57 cartridge to slot 1 still gives the color. Replacing the driver produces no change. I'm on a Mac and I'm printing from iPhoto. Having checked that no filter is in use. Any ideas, what could be wrong and how to fix it?  Thank you.

  The cartrdiges 57 and 58 are necessary all to print the photo. The 57 a Cyan, Magenta and yellow. The 58A Photo Black, Light Magenta and Light Cyan. The printer can print photos with the 57 by itself, but the 58 by itself will not be able to print grayscale because there no yellow. In photo printing normal both cartridges are used together, the 57 provides vivid colors and the 58 provides subtle shades and black areas. When you print on plain paper 56 cartridge replaces the 58.   You can try to open the picture in paint and adjust the print settings and change the orientation from there.

• Dell AIO Printer 962 Photo and Windows 7 32 bit

  OK, so I thought naively: "you had Windows XPII SP III for several years.  Time to update. "I bought a program of 32-bit Windows 7 for my old Dell Dimension E520.   Thank God I have the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor printed report that told me what to expect with a certain number of programs, including Dell AIO Printer 962 Photo, Jasc Paint Shop Photo Album, WordPerfect12 and a few others wouldn't work, or have problems with Windows 7.    First of all the Dell AIO Printer 962 Photo.  Despite the fact I've updated drivers, and the small list of control on the screen tells me it is read to use, I get a message saying something like "your computer is unable to communicate with your printer.  He then advises me to unplug/re-plug the USB power cord cord, restart the computer, etc..  I did all that, nothing.  Second, the software I bought Corel, WordPerfectX6.  The thing installs OK.  Then I try to run it and I get a message stating: "WordPerfectX6 has stopped working" No. S_t!  I tried to uninstall and reinstall and nothing.  I had a call to the toll-free line 1-taking in charge, but I swear to you that I am about to return the thing and just do with NotePad.  What is essential now is Dell
  Photo AIO Printer 962.  Someone at - he had THIS problem and found a solution?  I mention the other problem where the two events are related.   And since I use Windows7/32-bit, a Microsoft Product, I take a shot that maybe someone can have a cure!   Thanks in advance for any advice.   Dell, web site, there is no driver Windows 7 not listed for your printer on the printer control, so everything you download may not work. The thing nearest Dell listed are Vista drivers, you can try the 32 bit version.

  Cut first download auto driver from windows update.

  Start right click System computer/properties/Advanced/settings/device installation settings/tick won't let me choose and never install win update and save the changes then install driver.

• Photosmart HP 7520: Poor print quality Photo

  I made sure to use HP photo paper and the correct HP (#564) ink cartridges, but whenever I try to print a photo it comes out as a negative green accents to orange.  The model of printer Hardware information print quality was perfect, no lines and all the colors were clear.  My black photo cartridge may be low, but it is not ink.  Can someone direct me to a solution?

  SHThompson: Thanks a lot for trying to help.  After posting my problem, I discovered that I was not correctly interpret diagnostic color and, in fact, more photo black ink required.  You have one today and after putting in the paper upside down (as you pointed out could happen)], and then fix that, I could print my photos.

• 7640 ENVY: Envy 7640 cannot print borderless Photos

  For some time, I was able to print borderless photos.  Do not know what has changed, but I can no longer print borderless photos.  I'm printing my Canon camera software as I always have.  When I click on the HP of the app to Canon printer properties I chose as always borderless photo printing.  The pictures come out of the printer with a white border.  I read the other posts discuss the same problem here.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the HP software and that it was not fixed.  I installed HP Photo Creations and that did not help.  Can anyone offer me a different fix please?   I take photos and the frame then and I don't want a border on them.  Someone please help!

  I called HP Tech Support this afternoon.  Could taken tech to control my computer using remote access.  For 90 minutes, he tried different things.  Finally, it uninstalled and reinstalled software suite complements and this corrected the problem.  I tried this 2 weeks ago and it did nothing, but problem is solved!

  My Mac laptop upgraded to Lion. I tried to print from the photo on my Photosmart C7280 tray, but even if I chose the photo tray in the dialog box, it keeps printing from the main tray.   This post for someone out there trying to select the photo tray in an iMac OS Lion.  I wanted to give you a link for your printer driver OS Lion and it does not exist, it seems.  This certainly explains the limited functionality.  The previous document was for someone who has the driver already installed.  In your case, it will never exist, at least that's my understanding.  Here is where I found this information , but I think that explains why you do not have this option.  Sorry for the limitation. I'm happy to help you so if there is anything else I can do or if that relate not you let me know, but I'm afraid that it will not be a way to print to tray photo from Mac OS Lion, if you're not in the driver.

  Because the printer does not have the paper, I would recommend to try the steps listed in the document below. You can start to "Solution 2: adjust paper settings in the print driver.

  If you arrive at "Solution 4: service of the printer", then I would recommend contact you HP.
